I struggled in the business first couple years. I was super mediocre. I was doing okay. I was making more than I was on my accounting job, but I wasn't killing it in this space. And after a couple years, I was watching a bunch of people kill it, doing really well, 7-figure people I was around. And I left a conference and I went home to Steph and I'm like, dude, I gotta do this for real. Like, I'm tired. You know, I was just tired of it and seeing all kinds of other people successful. With the same license I have, the same opportunity I have, the same carriers I have, same leads, same— everything's the same, you know, same clients, maybe different lead band, but again, they're clients. And I realized the reason I wasn't having the success that I wanted is because of my fault. Like I wasn't doing what it took.
