Chapters

The moment I accepted that the entire problem in the world was me, my whole world changed. If you've seen any of my story, I was super mediocre for a couple of years in the business, 2.5 years, you know, and I know all the bullshit excuses I sold myself as to why I wasn't achieving things. And I also know how much free time I had. I was busy. I was on the phone a lot, to be clear, especially the recruiting side. If you're just selling and not recruiting, I have like no sympathy, you know, unless there's— again, I go like single moms. I mean, you can convince me I buy into that, but dudes, I ain't got much, you know, and I've done it. I did it. I mean, I built this thing with no staff until I had like 40 agents, paper contracting, old school, no technology, like walking up the hill in the snow both ways. You know, I get that equivalent today. So I think it's really just a matter of owning your own shit, which I'm a big believer in. I had a lot of it and I sold myself a lot of it and I bought it and I got tired of that.
