In this motivational business monologue, the speaker explains how a systematic audit of daily activities can uncover hidden time that can be repurposed for sales outreach. He describes specific tactics such as returning calls while driving, shifting his morning routine (waking at 5 am, gym, office by 7:30 am) to start prospecting earlier, and continuously nudging the start time forward in 30‑minute increments. By adding just one or two extra appointments per hour through these early‑start adjustments, he estimates an additional $150,000 in annual revenue. The overall message is that small, disciplined schedule changes compound into significant financial gains.

If you go through your schedule the right way and you go through the time and you really audit yourself and look where you're wasting it, you'll be able to then go back to like the things you need to add. You'll find a lot more room to put this stuff in. Like for me, I call a lot of people back when I'm in the car driving. That's a big time for me to return phone calls. What the hell else am I going to do? Leave the office? I'm make a phone call. I got 10 minutes to drive somewhere, make a phone call. So I don't got to deal with stuff later. I'd rather get out of the, out of the way driving. Again, look at your schedule, look at what you do throughout the day, and then cut time frames. When I first started changing the sales side, I had to start getting up at 5. Dude, I was sleeping in. So I was starting to call people at 10, 11 o'clock, and I'm like, what if I just start early? Well, it seems really simple. If I start earlier, I'll be done earlier. I'm gonna go with that, you know. So I started calling at 8. In order to call at 8, I had to be at the office at 7:30 so I could shuffle all the paperwork first, like all y'all do. And then I was like, all right, so that means I got to be done with the gym by 7 to get there at 7:30, which means I need to get to the gym by 6, which means I need to get up at 5 because I got 30-minute drive to get to the gym. So I backed into where— what I needed to do. And so that became my schedule for a long time. Then I started to challenge myself, and like, why do I start dialing at 8? Why can't I start at 7:30? I know I can book X amount of appointments an hour. And I'm like, if I start 30 minutes earlier, I can book another 1 or 2 every time I dial over the course of the year. Dude, that's about $150 G's. Shit, let me start at 7:30.
