I just stopped giving a shit about getting better. I just accepted I am who I am. My close ratio is what it is. The leads are what they are. The business is what it is. The clients are who they are. What if I just go at it different? What if I just take a different approach? And it was so freeing. So I can triple my income if I triple my activity. I wish someone fucking told me this earlier. I was so mad that I overcomplicated it. And dude, literally that day, everything changed because I was able to increase this at will. I just turned it on. Easy as you could turn on and off these lights. You could all change this level. You could do more recruiting calls today. You can make more phone calls today. You could buy more leads today. You can do— you can all turn this on right now. And that was the decision. Decision I made, dude. I was doing 8, 10 appointments a week. I went to 30 the next day. That's it. That was in March 2015. I'd done nothing in January, February, March. I did $460 grand that year, paid on my own back from one choice. The next 2 and a half years was $1.2 million on my own pen from one decision.
