If I'm teaching him phone script all day long, can I teach him phone script too? Not unless I got him next to me. You know what I'm saying? But I can have 50 people do that. Now I know odds. Nobody's giving it to 50. But let's just say you got 5 doing it. Dude, the odds of all 5 dialing a 7 calling you at noon are literally zero. Okay? But that's okay because I've told him I need him to be coachable, do the things he says he's going to do, or communicate if he can't. And if he doesn't do those things, like, I'm out. And if I'm doing it with enough people, that's really easy. There's nothing complicated about what I had him do. And his goal is what? On Monday now, that's it. I say nothing about appointments. I say nothing. Just 7 AM, 30, 40 objections. I do put dials per hour because I'll say, now at noon, if you call me back and you made 30, 40 dials, dude, I can't help you. So I need 30, 40 objections. Should be in the ballpark of 250 dials if you're going like at an okay pace. But if you call me back with 80, dude, I'm not gonna be able to help.
