The big things for me are, uh, do you understand leads, 1099, commission only? Do you understand? Are you looking for those three things? If you ain't looking for those three things, I'm definitely off the phone. I'm— I can— and I ask those right off the rip. This is literally the first question. Do you understand how leads work in the industry? Meaning there's only two options in this space. You can either go cultivate business cold call friends and family, go to like whatever local meetings, crap like that. Or you can buy leads. Those, those are— that's it. I don't know how to get clients any other way. Here we choose to buy leads. Are you okay buying leads? Because if you're not, again, I ain't mad at you. I just don't know how to teach it, right? If you're gonna do this way, I'm not your guy. So do you understand that? Yes or no? Commission only, yes. And then for me, and then the 1099 thing, which weird enough isn't always— people don't always understand commission only 1099. They think it's like this weird— anyway.
