lumping in recruiting and training into the same conversation, and they're two totally different things. Recruiting's recruiting and training's training. At FFL, in all of our agencies, we have access to unlimited training, unlimited people that are good at this, unlimited mentors. And the example I always use is like, if, uh, let's say you're not making multiple six figures and you're on a job and you're making $40,000, $50,000 a year and you're miserable working 9 to 5, but Best Buy or some company, Walmart, it don't matter, any company, the Waffle House, whatever. We're gonna use Best Buy for this example. You got a guy you know there and he's like, "Dude, Best Buy is hiring. We're paying $200 grand a year to like pack boxes in the back." And you'd be like, "Dude, when can I start?" "Tomorrow." And, "Oh, by the way, we have unlimited boxes. Do you know anybody else that would want to make $200 grand? We'll train them also."
