But my first 2 years, I did 700 interviews to try to recruit agents like by myself, individual interviews using Craigslist and different, different forms of resumes. And at the beginning of 2015, I had 1 agent and it was me. I was killing it. We did $174,000 for the year as a group that year, and I did $169,000 of it myself. And it took 5 other agents to do the other $6,000 for the year. Cumulative since then, we've done somewhere in the ballpark of 650,000 applications as a team, $750 million cumulative, something like that since end of 2014.
