What am I doing for personal self-development? What am I reading right now? What am I doing to improve my skill level in business in general? Right? Because you as an agent, if you're an independent agent, you're running a business. So if you didn't get an MBA or even if you did, you probably still need to do this. If you don't know and understand how to actually run a business, you have to educate yourself on that because your business is only going to grow to the level that you can maintain it and continue to shepherd growth.
