Brian Tracy argues that quitting, not failing, is the real mistake. Over 90% of insurance agents leave within their first two years, but Tracy says they didn't fail—they quit. The difference between success and giving up comes down to persistence.
The biggest mistake a person can do right now, no matter in which situation you are, is to give up. You might not reach the best, best version of yourself in this lifetime, but the better one than you are right now.
There's a lot of stats out that say 90-something percent of insurance agents fail in the first whatever it is, year or 2 years, whatever the stat is.
And I always say, they don't fail, they quit.
I always find it funny, man, when you give up on one thing, you just have to start back at the beginning on the next thing, you know. And you wouldn't have got started in the thing you're in now if you didn't believe in it. Do you not believe in yourself enough to keep going?
