Accountant John Wetmore argues that real learning comes from making mistakes and iterating, not from over-analysis. He shares sales stories about hung-up calls and failed pitches that taught him more than planning ever did. His book Do More Now, Get Better Later pushes the idea: act first, mess up, fix it, repeat.
