The one thing I want to know is when you get kicked in the nuts repeatedly all day, every single day, will you get back up? And when it happens numerous times every day, how many years will you go through that to eventually do really well? The way I test someone early to see if I think they have a chance of making it is, do you know everything yet? No. Are you scared that you don't know everything? A little bit. Yeah. Are you totally prepared to like pick up the phone and talk to people? No. Okay, great. Pick it up. Yeah. Yeah. And then will they actually do what I freaking say and pick it up? Because they won't do the first step, as you always say, before you give them the other 9 steps, right? Which is one of my favorite things too. You taught me that.
