Write Down Your Goals #insurance #entrepreneurship #mindset #sales

Some of y'all mother effers want to get rich and you're going to leave early. It happens at every event. And like the one decision, the one thing you're going to find, someone's going to say something up here and one of y'all is going to be checking your email and then someone else is going to be in the bathroom. You know what I'm saying? And you're gonna be doing other things. It's like, so don't take for granted the people that are here today. You have some phenomenal people coming up here today and they've all been in the position y'all are in. That's the beauty of what we do. Like, and to be clear, nothing any of us say is anything new. We haven't invented anything new. Does that make sense? We've just copied other people who have helped us in the career. So, you all have the same opportunity. You know, and I listen to Cody a lot. A couple things that he was saying up here. One, who's heard before Cody talk about writing your goals down every day and how much it increases your chance of hitting them? How many of you? Keep your hand up. Okay. Now, keep your hand up only if you do it every day. Like, you know it works. Do you think he's lying? You know it works and you still choose not to do it. I mean, that's the rub.
