Well, today I want to talk about the signs and how the planets this month are going to affect you according to your ascending Ascendant or your moon sign. And remember, if you don't know your sidereal Vedic Ascendant or moon sign, please go to my website where I have a free chart calculator. You can put in all your information and it will give you your Ascendant, which is as, or your moon, which is Mo. Those are the two I want you to focus in on. Now, when you pull up your chart, I want you to scroll all the way down to the very bottom and read where the as is, what sign it is, or the mo, which is the moon. Don't try to read the Vedic chart because it reads differently than what you may know, especially if you're looking at it from Western astrology. So if your moon or your Ascendant sits in the sign of cancer, then the new moon actually occurs in your first house. So there's new beginnings that are taking place for you, especially around the time of this new moon, which is August 16th. Then I'm seeing where Mars. Mars, which will be in Leo all the way till the 18th of this month. It is in your second house. So you have been burning through a lot of money this month. But you know what? You have been making a lot of money too. So money's plentiful, but what you know, what goes in goes out. It seems you've been spending a lot. Mars in the second house, but in Leo, it's very powerful. And money is coming in, going out. It's. It's give and receive pretty much. That's what I'm seeing with Mars in Leo. For you, Venus is in Leo till about August 6th, 7th, and for the rest of the entire month of August, Venus will be in Cancer, which will be in your first house, which really benefits you in terms of your relationships. You're learning how to really work better within the area of relationships. If you're looking for love and romance, this is a very attractive, powerful time for you because Venus will be in cancer after the 7th or starting the 7th of August, all the way through October 1st, actually, in your first house. It makes you more attractive. It gives you.
Beauty, gives you a sense of beauty. And you might find that you become more interested in changing your appearance, such as clothing, colors you wear, such as doing anything that can beautify yourself. Your hair, your makeup, anything. If you're a guy, you know, working out, getting Stronger, getting more fit, being more attractive. Those type of things are really going to be more.
In your consciousness. It's going to be what you want to do. So if your ascendant or moon's in Cancer, then when Mars, after the 18th of this month, goes into Virgo, where it will stay. Mars will stay in Virgo pretty much from August 18 till about the first few days of October. And while it is there, it's going to be in your third house. You're probably going to go on more road trips, traveling, you know, taking to the road, things like that. But you're going to be learning a lot more. And even brothers or sisters, you might find that you have more connection with them. Maybe not agreement with them, but you will be associating with them if you have brothers or sisters. Another thing about Mars being here in your third house, it is the time to start writing. It is the time to start communicating more, giving back, that type of thing. And with Mars being in Virgo, you know, this is definitely a time where.
Where you're going to be more scrutinizing, more critical, and more detailed oriented in terms of your writing and communicating with others. So with Cancer Rising, Saturn has been in your eighth house and a lot has changed. It hasn't been that easy for you with Saturn in the 8th. There might have been some instances where you're afraid of losing someone or health problems with, with a parent or something like that. This is a time for you to wake up and understand more about health in terms of helping others, and you're good with that. So Ketu has been in the fourth house. Yes, you've been thinking about moving. You're not happy with where you're situated. Things in your environment, in your home, must change. And for Cancer Rising, you do have the Jupiter Rahu uranus in your 10th house, which means great opportunities for work and career. Just comes about sudden, unexpected changes. And yes, they can be very opportunistic. And maybe that's why there is the necessity for you to move, because Ketu is in your fourth house, dealing with.
