Election 2025: Zohran Mamdani’s CHART Reveals Everything

Hi, I'm Joni Petrie and welcome to my YouTube channel. Well, I want to talk about somebody that's in the news and it is the young man that is running for mayor, New York City and his name is Soran Mamdani. So let's look at his chart to see what chances he has in this mayor election. And I don't know a whole lot about all the politics behind this, but what I'm hearing is he's a socialist and he wants to give a lot of free things for people. And there's like a lot of people love him. But what's really interesting is the younger generation wants him in because you know, it's always these old people. So he has a great appeal to the younger generation, the Gen Z and everyone else that's younger that's tired of all the old people controlling everything. And he's got a philosophy that if he gives things away, it's going to make everything work.

We'll see. Right? I'm not one to judge that. I'm one to judge the chart. So aside from any political opinions, let's see if.

Mamdani has a chance running for mayor and what he could bring to the table in terms of who he is because that's what I can see with astrology. So actually find his birth time. And it was said that it was from memory but that it was a good source. So I hope this is right. But let me scoot over here and we'll start looking at his chart to see what we can see. So looking at his chart, he has cancer rising, which is a very strong ascendant. It is ruled by the moon.

That means he's a lot more sensitive than he may let on to. You know, people with the cancer rising, I always say it's like the crab. It is hard shelled but in the middle it's nothing but a bunch of mush. So in other words, you know, he may act like any of the insults or things said about him that might be negative slide off his back. Not really deeply affects him. But what's really interesting about this chart is Saturn. Notice that Saturn sits exactly opposed the ascendant degree and it's with the moon. This guy is really serious about his purpose, what he wants to do. He is adamant, he is strong.

But he can go into bouts of depression at times. Saturn, moon, yeah, they can be strong and they are very responsible, but they can be depressed. Don't kid yourself. At points in times they can go into these, these feelings of problems. Now one Thing I do notice too is that his moon sits in the Nakshatra called Danishta. Dhanishta is a very powerful Nakshatra. Actually the saying for it is the richest one. So.

Mamdani may be talking about giving a lot of things away, but let me tell you, he's used to having wealth, whether or not he was born into it. He's used to a great lifestyle with this moon in Dhanista. But one thing that's noted about this Nakshatra, especially since it's in his seventh house, is really a difficult Nakshatra for marriage and relationships. So I don't know where he stands on that. But he's young, he's married.

It'S going to be a struggle. So that's all he's got to really work on relationships in this lifetime. That's what I see. But the most interesting configuration also, he's got Jupiter conjunct Venus in the second house. That's a house of wealth and money. So this means he's extraordinarily prosperous. Absolutely. With no doubt. He is extraordinarily prosperous and he will continue to make a lot of money in his life. This, this is a given.

But the most important thing I think that I see in this chart is where all these planets are in Libra. Libra is the sign of relationships. But let me tell you something. You probably didn't know about this sign because of the Nakshatras. You know, people get all caught up with astrology being all about.

The sun signs. But you know, in Vedic astrology, the Nakshatras are everything. The Nakshatras are.

There's 27 of them. And all of the planets fall in a Nakshatra and their meanings come from the stars. So the Nakshatras speak really to where the planets are, not just the signs that people get all hung up on, especially when they try to convert their chart to Vedic from Western. I'm not this sign. Look at the meaning of the Nakshatra because there's three Nakshatras in each sign. But my point is he's got Mars and Mercury together in the Nakshatra Swati, and this is in Libra. So you're not going to think about the things in Swati that I'm about to talk about. Because you think of Libra as being the peacemaker, Libra being the relationship, person, person. Libra is affiliated with beautiful things. That's what you think of with Libra, right?

Swati is the epitome of a great businessman in India. They Call it the Businessman Nakshatra because its symbol is a blade of grass blowing in the wind. And it means that they can adapt what they want people to know about very simply by swaying to have the person think they're agreeing with them, but at the same time, they're not. It is actually the best Nakshatra for a politician. Get that. And I often call the Mars Mercury conjunction the lawyer aspect. Why? Because Mercury is the communicator, but Mars is the one that goes in for the chase, the. That goes for the attack. And usually they are fabulous debaters. You have to be if you're a lawyer. So I call that the lawyer aspect. Mercury the communicator, but Mars the powerhouse, the strong. He must be a powerful speaker and he won't let down. But he is a great politician because he can sway to wherever the wind blows in order to get what he wants. So his chart doesn't surprise me. And when I look at those planets in Libra, they actually go to the 10th house from the moon. 10th house is our work, our career. Mars, Mercury, sun, there. This guy is a leader. So regardless if he becomes mayor, he will lead in everything that he does. And he will be. He's extremely ambitious, let me put it that way. So if one thing doesn't work, he'll be back and make something else work. But let's get going and talk about is he the one that's going to win? So what I like to do is I look at the dashas and the transits during the time I believe it was, I pulled it up. I think it was in november, fourth or fifth, that the election period comes about. So I'm pulling up a chart for the transits on that day. To be honest with you, it's not completely clear. Like sometimes I was adamant that Trump was going to win that pastime because everything was activating his 10th house of his career. I mean, Jupiter, Venus, everything was going on then. I don't know how any other astrologer didn't see so clearly in the transits and the dashas with that. But let's look at this because it's not as clear. Here's another thing I want to throw at you. I'm not looking at the opponent's charts either. Their chart might be a little bit more powerful. I'll never forget a friend of mine, she was reading for some very famous person that was going up for a Grammy, and Jupiter was on her sun on the day of the Grammy. She said, the astrologer, my friend, said, you'll absolutely win. Well, guess what? She didn't win. But the person that did win had her birthday, so the same birthday. So Jupiter was on their son too. So there was something just a little bit better. That's so interesting the way that works. But getting on with this, I think he's got a fabulous chance. I can't believe what I'm seeing here because on that day, Jupiter will be into Cancer. Jupiter goes into cancer briefly between October 17, 2025 and will leave Cancer and go back into Gemini December 5th. So it will be. Jupiter will be zero degrees, which means it's in his first house, which means a new beginning. And Jupiter will be aspecting Saturn, which Saturn is that planet of career. It is in the seventh house, but Jupiter's in the first. So these are angles in the chart. But what's very, very interesting, I think is the fact.

That Pluto is right there on a Saturn. This is major transformational changes. Pluto at this time is 7 degrees and Saturn is 6 degrees degrees. So this could mean his opponent, which is the seventh house, could be very cutthroat and very, very strong. I could see that. But what I think gives him an edge here is the fact that his sun sits at 0 degrees of Libra. In other words, Jupiter is exactly squaring that squares can sometimes give opportunities in a big way. So I was thinking Jupiter is in a square aspect, but that's still connecting the sun with Jupiter. And the sun is in the 10th house from the Moon. So this could mean definitely power, more power to him. And let me just say, if it were the following year, 2026, that the elections fell, I would say he definitely win. This is. He could win. And it looks, it looks very promising. Very promising. He could win.

Because in 2026 his chart takes off. It's like he gets into office and that will be 2026. And that's where it's. That's where he really shines. Really, really, really shines. But another thing that I thought was really interesting and this might be why he's so popular right now, is his dasha that he's in right now is Jupiter Venus. Notice his Jupiter Venus are conjunct in the second house, but it is in the eighth house from the moon. So that's not all that good. That could be a problem. The 8th House would not denote a win, but.

Just the fact that they're conjunct and they are in the second house, which could mean gains, financial gains and upliftment. But the day after the election. Yes. So it was November 4th because I noticed the day after the election November 5th.

Actually. No, that's going to be 2026. So it's November 5th of 2026 that he goes into Jupiter sun, which I actually think would have been more conducive of him winning. Like I said, for him, 2026 looks better than 2025.

But the Saturn and Neptune conjunction, they go to the third house. I'm sorry, not the, not the third house from the moon is what I was looking at. And that could mean something of his communications are off and he will be disproved with something that he's saying. So something may not come through properly. Or maybe he's saying something that's not true and he gets caught in it. That's what I think I'm definitely seeing here. But then.

Looking at where the Saturn Neptune are from his ascendant, they are in the ninth house. And the ninth house is the house of truth Spirituality. That Saturn Neptune there is not good because the ninth house deals with the truth.

And whether he's telling the truth or not, he's not going to look that great. And I'm also seeing.

Well his midhaven. You know, I think.

He'S got a really strong chance by the fact that Jupiter just moved into Cancer during the time of the elections and it's aspecting his son. There is definitely upliftment going on. And really where Venus is is important because it is his sub cycle. And I'm looking at Venus in Libra, the sun in Libra at this time. So they are both his 10th house. And that gives him a strong, strong run for his money. And he could win. That's what I'll say. He could win, but it really depends on his opponent's charts. So I thought I might just give a little analysis. I love to look at people's charts, no matter who they are and see what's going to happen for them and see what they're all about. And you know, whether you like somebody or not, it doesn't matter. You got to read the chart. And usually a lot of times when I read someone's chart, I learned to like them a lot more than I did through looking through the guise of astrology to see what they're really about and who they are. It's fascinating.
