Short daily Vedic-astrology forecast by Joni Patry for February 9 describing the Moon in Gemini, its passage across Mars (heightening intensity and potential angry speech), Jupiter positioned 12th from the Moon (favorable for sleep and dreams), and a Sun–Mercury conjunction described as a superior conjunction that sharpens mental clarity.

February 9, and the moon is still in Gemini all day. But it's going to move across Mars, which makes it really intense. And maybe people spout out about things that they're angry about. Things are better. Communications open up too with the moon being in Gemini. And remember, still Jupiter's 12th from the moon. Great sleep dreams. And the Sun. The sun and Mercury are exactly conjunct today. Now you might think that's Cassimi or it's combust, but really I don't look at Mercury as ever really being combust because it's always with the sun most of the time, not always, but most of the time it is. So Mercury sun. It actually adds power to the mental acuity, being clear mentally. And this is actually what we call a superior conjunction.
