Vedic astrologer Joni Patry reads the October 17 full moon at 0° Aries with the Sun at 0° Libra conjunct Spica. She interprets the alignment as signaling revelations, economic troubles, health concerns, and election upheaval, with Saturn in a harsh nakshatra amplifying the effects.

Hi, I'm Joni Petrie and welcome to my YouTube channel. Well, today I want to talk about the October full moon. We've already had the solar eclipse October 2nd. Now we're looking at the full moon, which occurs two weeks later. And this will occur October 17th. And I'm looking at this full moon and we have the moon at zero degrees of Aries. Now remember, I always have to remind everyone that this is Vedic sidereal astrology, not Western astrology. So, so don't go and say the moon's not there or whatever. People always say, but this is Vedic. So I'm talking about the moon being zero Aries and it's in the Nakshatra called Ashwini, which means fast movement and action actually deals with traveling to a certain degree. But Ashwini is ruled by Ketu. It's deep. It can deal with loss. And like I've been telling you, this whole October is the beginning of something big that is surmounting into our elections. It is only a few weeks before the election at this point. Things are stirring up, heating up. It is big, it is crazy, it is uncomfortable. This is all around this, what they say is called the October Surprise. What I can tell you with the sun being zero degrees of Libra, this deals with an economic crisis. So that's what I'm going to say about this particular full moon. The full moon is where things come to fruition. What might have been hidden before two weeks ago comes to light at this time. Now before I continue on, I want to remind everyone that that.

Galactic Center.org now let me continue on this full moon brings to awareness, brings to light some things we didn't know about. Absolutely, for sure. Now the sun, I noticed at 0 degrees Libra is actually conjunct, the most auspicious fixed star of the heavens, Spica. So Spica is the star that deals with overnight sensations, things that change overnight. And it deals with the arts and literary genius, things of that nature. So you're going to see a lot of information coming out like movies and writing and things like that that are just profound. So I also noticed that Saturn has backed up into the Nakshatra. Shadow Bishak, it was in Purva Bhadrapada, but this Nakshatra deals with the hundred healers. It's a. It is ruled by Rahu. It is a harsh Nakshatra. Let me just say this. It deals a lot with healing, healing and health issues. So this bothers me because we're looking at October with all this energy that with Ketu being in Virgo, we could have some kind of virus or health scare or flu season that is not comfortable.
Also Shadow Bishak, that Nakshatra deals with, the sky watcher deals with things going out in space. Yes. We've had some of our astronauts stuck out there, so this could be calling our attention to that again and the problems that they may be occurring out there. Another thing it does deal with is life out in space, aliens, what's going on out there. This has been very quiet, but I bet we'll start seeing a lot more sightings some since things here on planet Earth are heating up. And it seems like there are a lot more sightings when things become treacherous here, checking in on us, making sure we don't do anything stupid.
All right, so. And I must say that this deals with astrology. So I have to say there has been so many much interest in astrology these days. People are starting to understand the value, what it truly is, that it's a science. I don't care what you say, it is a science. If you laugh and say it's not a science, you've never studied it. So that's what I'll have to say. And one thing is Mars is still in Gemini.
But in a few days, on the 20th, it's going to go into cancer. And when it does, you're going to start seeing revelations of the truth coming out. But right now it's already in the process. You see it, you know it. It's crazy. The things that are going on with the media, with Mars being in Gemini, that's just ridiculous.
That how the media controls our minds on both sides. I'm not talking about just one side. It is.
It needs to change. And it will, let me put it that way. So Mercury is in Libra at the time affecting this, this.
Full Moon. And that means that information is leaking out bit by bit and things are going to be revealed and things are going to get worse before they get better. But most of all, they'll get better. But Jupiter now is retrograde and this really weighs heavy on the economy, if I could say anything. The economy, the repercussions with the economy are starting to really manifest over all of the things that are beginning to come out and the radical shifts and changes that are happening with this presidential election.
We're not going to know.
Where we're going and where we're headed. And we get that total sense right now. Those in power are in trouble and those running for power are in trouble. There is too much surfacing. And you know what all that ugliness was, they never thought it's going to come out. And now that it is.
Everything'S being done to cover up.
It's not going to work. We're going to see what's been going on. And the full Moon brings to light all of this. And with this moon being in Aries, this is action. This means Mars is the ruling planet of this full Moon. And Mars in Gemini means information is all coming out and being revealed. There is a huge oppositional energy happening right now. If I could say, say it's almost oppositional in the heavens.
Almost like a fight of the light and dark. That sounds so crazy, but it's what it feels like. And let me just say, Saturn being in the Nakshatra and the sign Aquarius deals with karma.
If I could put a name on what's going on right now. Karma is being paid. Karma is just simply the law of cause and effect. What you do comes back to you. No one gets away with it. And you probably wonder, well, why did this person get away with that? No one ever gets away with anything. Karma is paid. Maybe not be on the time frame that you want it or that you can see it, but the universe and the divine knows what's best for all of us. And the workings are happening now and everything is going to work out. Karma is going to be in action. The karma of everything and everyone. The dues will be paid. Don't you worry. Things are happening the way they're supposed to. So with that, I think we've got a little light at the end of this tunnel to see the truth and what the planets are trying to reveal to us at this time. So I think I'll close right now. Remember, if this spurred any interest spiked a little interest in learning astrology. Remember, you can go to my university website and become my student.
