Hi, I'm Joni Petrie, and welcome to my YouTube channel. Now, today I want to talk about the April full moon. This full moon occurs in Virgo in the Nakshatra Hasta. And always remember I'm talking about the sidereal placements in Vedic astrology, not tropical Western astrology. So looking at this full moon, this is beautiful because Virgo is all about healing. Whether you're talking about physical healing, emotional healing, or spiritual healing, Virgo is that. And Virgo is the sign that particularly deals with making things right, wanting to help people. Virgo is the helper, the healer. And the sun sits in this full moon because the full moon is always the opposition between the sun and the moon. It sits in Pisces, but the sun sitting in Pisces is very close to Jupiter. And this will really magnify things in a beautiful way because we need some optimism. Jupiter here will give us great optimism and hope for the future. It will. So before I proceed on, though, I want to remind everyone that you can sign up for my free newsletter, get all of my predictions delivered to your email address every single week. Free. And I have some of the most experienced Vedic astrologers in the world talking at this conference. Check that out in June, second through the fifth and last but not least, if you want to study with me, I have an amazing online university. Universityofvedicastrology.com so continuing on, let's talk about this full moon, because on the day of the full moon, I find so much is going on. Particularly what is fascinating is Mercury will be exactly conjunct Rahu in Aries and in the portion of the zodiac where it is they're going to be in the Nakshatra Ashwini, the star of transport is what it's called. So Mercury Rahu. Mercury's traveling. Rahu is extremes in sudden, unexpected events. So you're going to find that there's so much occurring. The industry of transportation, airlines, buses, trucks, everything is changing in this area. And yes, there can be some major events around travel that could be a little shocking. Okay, I'll leave it at that. I'll leave it at that. So another thing that I find that's fascinating during this full moon is where Saturn is, because if you'll note, Mercury and rahu sit at 9 degrees of Aries, while Saturn sits at 9 degrees of Aquarius. And in Vedic astrology, that is a full third aspect Saturn to Mercury Rahu. So what does that mean? There's some sort of setbacks or something about travel that things are not moving forward? There's like a major setback, delay and problem around this time of the full moon. And it's based primarily on the Saturn Mercury aspect. But Mercury is tied up with not only Rahu aspected by Saturn, but Uranus is there. Uranus is the planet of sudden, unexpected events and it also rules airplanes.
So what I'm trying to say, if you don't understand a word of the astrology, you're probably now understanding what I'm trying to say. There's going to be some calamities in the airlines or with any transportation and major setbacks, delays. There's going to be major chaos, if I could say around this time, Rahu's actually been known to rule computers. So computer computer outages and going down things causing chaos and extremes. And Saturn, Saturn is the planet that causes delays, setbacks and problems. But it is in the Nakshatra Shatabishak, Saturn being in shadow Bishak that is called the Hundred Healers. And as I said, while Saturn is transiting in Aquarius, which is the sign of humanity, there will be major heat healing going on for our collective unconsciousness, the group of humanity all together, we're all in this together and we're all going to work this out. There's going to be a massive healing that has to come over the events that are transpiring around this time of the full moon. This full moon is a doozy. And Jupiter and Sun are together in Pisces. Pisces is probably the most compassionate and healing sign. So there's going to be events that transpire, but passion, passionate compassion will come out of these events. People will come together. People will heal. This is the most important aspect. And for most of you that are spiritually oriented, which I know most of you are, or you wouldn't be following this channel.
This will be a time that you will find that you have more intention to grow on a spiritual level. This is what this time period is all about, especially while Jupiter's transiting in the last portion of Pisces during this time. Remember, this is not only the last sign Pisces, but it's the last portion of the entire zodiac. So it's bringing things to an end. There's a conclusion, there's ending, there's realization of what everything has been building up to. But finally we come to closure and ending before Jupiter on 21 April, goes into Aries and begins a new start, manifestation. That's what people are opening up to. A new spirituality, a new way of living life. And this is what's being spurred on by what's going on in the world. People are waking up. That's the most exciting thing of all. But what I keep getting is everything is basically about travel, travel plans. And, you know, there's a new way of learning. Because Mercury, by the way, at the time of this full Moon, Mercury not only deals with travel and communications, which, by the way, the communications are going haywire, but it also deals with education and learning. And this means there's going to be new ways of learning, new information, new.
And people are ready. They're ready to learn. They're ready to change. They're ready for the transformational change of learning and how we can better propagate schools and learning and education. This will be a remarkable time because I feel like there's going to be a jump in human awareness, the ability to what they can learn. There's going to be sort of like a big jump in awareness. And this has been going on. But wait, this is it. This is it where people all of a sudden have this reset, this jump in awareness where all of a sudden they can understand things that they couldn't understand before. And remember, during this whole time, while Mars is in Gemini, Mars will be in Gemini the entire month of April.
It exchanges with Mercury for the whole time in April. And that means information is being revealed that we didn't know about before. Very, very valuable information. It's all coming out. Remember, when you have a full moon, it is when the moon lights up the darkness in the night. Therefore, the symbology of a full moon is. Is bringing a new awareness. It sheds light on things, and it sheds light on things of the past. Because the sun being in Pisces, the last sign of the zodiac, and the Moon being in Virgo, the sheds light on the past concerning health, disease and what's been going on. And ultimately what comes of this. Absolutely, a healing. So with that, I'd like to close. Remember, if you would like more information on me. If you would like a reading.
