Joni Patry gives Vedic astrology predictions for January 13, 2025: the moon is midday in late Gemini and moves into Cancer in the evening; during the day the moon occupies the Poornavasu (Poorna Vasu) nakshatra — described as “return of the light” and signaling a return to normal after turbulence from the prior day (Ardra). She also cautions about Mars in the second house and advises care with speech during the latter half of the day.

January 13th. And what this day has is the moon is still midday in Gemini, but it's in the last degrees of Gemini, midday. So in the second part of the day, going into the evening, the moon will have moved into cancer. But during this day, the moon is in one of my favorite nakshatras called Poornavasu. Poorna Vasu means return of the light. And it's almost like what happened the day before, which could been a little turbulent with the moon in Ardra. This is the day that it's like the bright sunny day that we have the return of the light and things get back to normal. Even though I know we have Mars in the second house in the moon sign. Be cautious what you say. This is half of the day.
