A short YouTube astrology forecast for Virgo (January 2024) by Joni Patry. This chunk focuses on themes of the fourth house: real estate and vehicles (suggesting it may be a good month to buy a car or address property) and an inward turn as the Moon in the fourth house encourages staying home and feeling rooted.

So the fourth house is also a house that not only deals with real estate, where you live, your property, it also deals with vehicles. So if you've been needing to buy a new car, this might be the month that you move forward with it. So that's an excellent thing for you to do. Okay, so one more thing.
With.
The moon being in the fourth house, you might find that you want to stay home more. You want to really find your connection with where you're living. Put roots down, feel it. Really feel at home and connected. And that's what I feel like is going to be happening for everyone with Virgo. So this is a good thing.
