I have a spiritual book with symbols and it's like my throw cards. And I open it and the symbols from the pictures give us specific readings for the entire week to come. And everyone participates in it. And then beyond that we also. I love what we just, just started doing in the Shooting Stars. Once a month one of the participants will come on and give their story and we all can gain great wisdom from each other. So I like to get everyone active and participating in it. Plus at the end of Shooting Stars we give remedial measures. Maybe things that we have discovered that helps in healing or anything that we feel like the group will learn from.
