Jupiter Retrograde July 28: World and Personal Predictions

Foreign.

Hi, I'm Joni Petrie, and welcome to my YouTube channel. Well, today I want to talk about Jupiter as it turns retrograde. When planets turn retrograde, they become more powerful. And especially when they first turn retrograde right before and right after. This is called stationing. So when a planet stations, all of a sudden it's shifting directions, and in the process, it pretty much stands still.

Not exactly. They say planets are always moving, but for the most part, the stationary position empowers planets. And then when they start to move retrograde, then they become sort of chaotic to a certain degree, or they lose their power or whatever that planet basically is all about, becomes a focus in the world, in society, and in our own lives. Just as you're very well aware, aware of Mercury going retrograde because it goes retrograde so often. But Jupiter goes retrograde once a year. Now, of course, it turns direct at another portion of time, which I'm going to give you these dates and these degrees because these are the most important things I want you to focus in on. So remember, a planet is never truly retrograde, but it's retrograde from the vantage point of how we see it from geocentric, from Earth. So a planet in our passing or as we orbit around the sun, it's like it appears to go backwards as we gain.

In our transit or our travel relative to that planet.

But it really has major effect astrologically. That's why I want to bring this up, because this month of July, Jupiter is stationing, and it will finally turn into retrograde motion by July 28th. So this whole month, pretty much, Jupiter is going to be around the same degree, which is the stationing degree, that it actually moves in its backwards movement by July 28th at 14 degrees of Pisces. Now, always remember, I'm a Vedic astrologer. I am talking about the sidereal zodiac, not the tropical western. And even when you're making comparisons to where the planets are in the heavens, you've got to be looking at your sidereal positions, not the tropical used in Western, because this is a whole entire system in and of itself. And it is, I must say, the true placements of where the planets are astronomically. According to astronomy, these are the true placements. So looking at Jupiter being turning retrograde, it's going to be stationing retrograde at 14 degrees of Pisces. Now, if you have any planets at 14 degrees of Pisces.

Or your Ascendant or your midhaven, you're in luck, because the stationing planet is all powerful. It is 10 to. I mean there's been no statistical studies on this, but I always say it's 10 times more powerful when.

It'S at its station. I mean, I don't know if it's ten to a hundred times more powerful. All I know is it creates results. When you have a planet that it is aspecting now, Jupiter, that would mean conjuncting any planet at 14 degrees of Pisces. It would mean it's casting its light to 14 degrees of Virgo because that's the opposing sign. So 14 Virgo and 14 of Pisces and Jupiter cast Trines, that's its full body in full power effect aspects. What were the trinal, what are the Trinal positions? That would mean if you have any planet at 14 degrees of Cancer or 14 degrees of Scorpio, you're in luck. Jupiter sends its powers of expansion and opportunities. And even in the Vedic system, if Jupiter is not such a great planet for your chart, it's still going to give you some expansion and opportunities. Maybe not as much as some people, but let me just say a stationing degree will deliver results. So check out your chart, see if you have that. Now let's talk a little bit about what this means globally for the world. Because whenever a planet turns retrograde, this means it's closer to the Earth. So that planet, what it's all about, become very important to the world. And being in Pisces, Pisces rules the oceans, the waterways, the seas, the, everything to do with water and massive water. So this could mean things are going to be stirred up in the ocean. And to me that means there's going to be a lot of storms coming up. So look out, this, this hurricane season may be a doozy with Jupiter stationing because it is stationing July 28th and it will turn direct. This will be in November, so it's direct station turning stationary direct will be November 23rd and it will be at 4 degrees of Pisces. So once again you must check out your horoscope, your chart and see if you have any planets at 4 degrees of Pisces. And you might wonder what's the orb that I give with this, say three degrees no more. And yes, Jupiter is aspecting the whole sign, but I'm talking about big results and big events. The closer the orb, the tighter the orb, the better. So the closer it is to either 14 degrees of Pisces or 4 degrees of Pisces, you're in luck. So what do I mean by 4 degrees of Pisces once again, I mean, 4 degrees of Pisces, 4 degrees of Virgo, 4 degrees of Scorpio and 4 degrees of Cancer. This means something will expand and give a wonderful result because Jupiter, and it doesn't matter if it's stationing to go retrograde or stationing to go direct, it still has the same amount of power. This is incredible. So between this time, I hate to see it, but Jupiter going retrograde will bring out issues around Jupiter. Therefore, this is hurricane season in the United States and the Caribbean and all of that. There's always something. Seems like the more we go on, the more severe and the more hurricanes and storms we have. But this will be a doozy during this period because Jupiter rules the oceans and water. So this can mean many, many storms. Now let's talk a little bit about the Nakshatra. It's in because it will stay, of course, in this 10 degree backward movement from 14 to 4. And by the way, did you know that every time Jupiter goes retrograde, it. It travels backwards 10 degrees every time. It's kind of interesting though. I did a research project on Jupiter in Rahu and Ketu and I find that the nodes Rahu, which gives Rahu and Jupiter, when they're aspecting one another in your chart, can many times give major.

Amounts of money. I did a lottery research project where I looked at about 15 people that won the lottery and most of them had the Jupiter Rahu. But what I'm getting at in that project and research, it's actually in my book how to Make Money Using Astrology. Go to my website, check it out. I have a whole chapter on lottery winners in Jupiter Rahu. But what's interesting is that the eclipses that are caused by Rahu and Ketu, they always travel backwards from year to year. Not from eclipse to eclipse, eclipse to eclipse will be six months apart. But from year to year, the nodes, the eclipse point will always go backwards 10 degrees, just like Jupiter. So they're relatively the same in many instances of expansion and giving, that is Rahu and Jupiter. But aside from that, going back to the Nakshatra that I wanted to talk about, which it will be in this 10 degree segment moving backwards. Uttarabhadrapada. That particular Nakshatra is called the Serpent or the Snake of the Deep. And what that actually means is nothing bad. It simply means this is a time of deep introspection and deep analysis and realization. This is a very psychic, profound Nakshatra that deals with digging up things that are beyond this world. People with this Nakshatra can be in their charts, can be very intuitive, very psychic and very deep. So nothing shallow about their Persona or who they are. Now this can even mean some new discoveries in health and healing because I see Pisces Virgo as a sign of health and healing. So these are going to develop and bring up, especially during these stationing times, new developments in healing in the world. This is phenomenal excitement. So another thing that Uttarabhadrapada deals with, it is said to be the back legs of the funeral cottage. Whereas Purva Bhadrapada, which is partially in Aquarius and in Pisces, is the front legs of the funeral cot. But Uttara Bhadrapada, which is entirely in the sign of Pisces, is the back legs of the funeral cot. And let me remind everyone, this is the end of the zodiac getting to the sign of Pisces. So this is really important to know. And this does really pretty much indicate that there can be a major loss of life during the time that Jupiter is stationing in this particular Nakshatra. Now another thing I do want to note is that there are some amazing stars that are around this portion of the zodiac, especially around 4 degrees of Pisces.

This is not an easy star. It's called sheet, and it can deal with great destruction, but pretty much sorrow. So this can be bringing about through floods, through storms, through massive events, great sorrow in the world. Now this is the time that it's stationing. And I have to say it's not just November 23rd that it's stationing. It's really the whole month and then probably a week after. Two weeks, two weeks after. So it's when that planet goes to that certain degree and stays there for about six weeks or so. You look at, look it up, it will stay there for almost, almost close to two months. So that portion of the Zodiac gets amplified big time. Now let me go over just really briefly what your ascendant is, where this Jupiter is stationing for you, because it will be in your chart in a particular house. Now of course, if you have Pisces Ascendant, remember that's the rising sign, the lagna in Vedic astrology, not in Western. You can check it out on my website. My free chart calculator tells you your as your ascendant at the bottom. Once you put the information in, it'll clearly tell your Ascendant and your moon sign. Both are important. One will give you what's happening, one, one will get, give you what you're feeling. The moon Sign. But if your Ascendant or moon is in Pisces, then this is a time of great opportunities and expansion in your life. Everything is opening up. It's a new beginning. If your Ascendant or your moon signs in Aries, then this is the time that you're finishing up things. You're bringing things to a close. It's time for endings, because it's in your 12th house. Now, if you have a moon or ascendant in Taurus, you're going to find new friends, influential people, go out, meet people. It's in your 11th. If you have a Gemini, Ascendant or moon, then this means that Jupiter is stationing in your 10th house. This is a fabulous time for career advancement and opportunities. Promotion, advancement, expansion in working career. And if your ascendant or rising sign sits in.

Cancer, this means it's going to be in your ninth house. Expect travels and new learnings, especially spiritual. Maybe coming closer with your father if he's still around. Remember, if your ascendant or your moon sign sits in Leo, it'll be in your eighth house. Expect money through other people, either through a partner, inheritance and or spirit spiritual transformations. Now, if your Ascendant or your rising sign is in Virgo, it's in your seventh house. This means relationships are coming your way or improvement in the ones that you're in. If you have a Libra rising or moon, it will be in your sixth house. And this is a time when you totally get involved in health and healing and improving yourself. Now, if your ascendant or rising sign is Scorpio, it's going to be in your fifth house. You're much more creative. And this will be an opportunity for children. If you're wanting to get pregnant, have children. But it is a time of great opportunity for creative talents. And if you're rising or your Ascendants or your moon are in Sagittarius, you could be finding a new home, moving, expanding, renovating, or getting closer to your mother. This is a time of finding a new home, though, if you're looking. So if you're rising or your moon sign is in Capricorn, this it will be in your third house. And the third house is all about travel and learning. Short distance. But you may even be traveling to visit a sibling. And if you're rising or your moon signs in Aquarius, this means Jupiter's in your second house. It's a time for more money, expansion. Finances come about in a much broader, better way. And that covers all of the signs rising and moon signs. So I hope that this Jupiter transit and stationing going retrograde is going to serve you well. Remember, Jupiter's in Pisces. It entered into Pisces April 13th of 2022. It will leave Pisces and go into Aries next April again. So Jupiter usually stays in a sign for one year and it will leave and go into Aries April 21st of 2023.
