Ketu at 5° Leo: What the Loss of a World Leader Means for All of Us | Vedic Astrology

Hi, I'm Joni Patry, and welcome to my YouTube channel. Well, today I want to talk about something So important. And that is where Ketu is right now in the sky. This will tell you everything that we need to know that's going on personally as well as globally, because Ketu is where there's this emptiness, this void where something feels like it is missing. And the reason why I wanted to do this video on Ketu right now is that we're having eclipses in August, and whenever we have eclipses, Rahu and Ketu stand still for almost 3 months. Therefore, they're at their most intensity. So we're looking at Ketu being at 5 degrees of Leo, and Rahu, of course, is 5 degrees of Aquarius. But where Ketu is, is where there's going to be an empty void or a loss. And the most important thing about this Ketu is that it is stationed, as I call it, standing still. And this is because I use the true node of the Moon Not the mean node of the Moon. And unless you know what I'm talking about around eclipses, just take it as this: the nodes of the Moon stand still. That means they're like a stationing. So it means that that degree where they're at has a more powerful impact than anywhere else in the zodiac, pretty much, for these few months. So we've got to look at this. So K2 is at 5 degrees of Leo. Leo is the sign of leaders, and K2 can be losses. It's going deep. It's where there's an emptiness, something's missing, a void, something's lost. Actually, K2 is called the indicator of losses, and it is very spiritual because guess what happens when we go through a loss? We We start praying, we start looking within, we start searching for answers. This is important. It's like where we feel like the bottom's fallen out. That's Ketu. So Leo deals with leaders and kings and presidents, and this is around the world. This is happening where the leaders, the presidents, the kings feel like at a loss. Of what to do because so many things are happening and at odds. It's almost like, well, the economy is a mess, the planet's at war. What are these leaders trying to do to bring things together? It's very hard. But here is the most specific thing about this degree mark to me. This is where the fixed star Regulus is. Regulus is one of the most powerful and the brightest stars in our heaven. It is called the Heart of the Lion, and it deals— and it is in Leo. This is— I work with Vedic sidereal astrology. It is not in Virgo. And that's another thing I've gone over and over with everyone about Vedic sidereal astrology. It's true to the stars. The stars are moving, the groupings of stars, they stay together. You cannot say that the heart of the lion is in Virgo now. It is not. It is Leo. It will always be in Leo. The stars are the groupings, so the constellations that constitute the 12 signs This is Leo, the heart of the lion. So this is like the heart of the lion. Something will be awash, something will be lost with a world leader within this time frame that K2 is stuck here, and this covers the month of August and September. And part of July. But that's where you're feeling this deep. And there can literally be the loss of a king or a leader somewhere in the world that's going to make the world different. It could even mean that just a leader is losing their position, their control, their power. This is another thing. Or they could literally fall sick. Something happened to them. They could It could even be as bad as an assassination, but something is happening in the world of leadership and kings and rulers. And this can even mean different takeovers of businesses because this can actually represent top CEOs that they're going through this difficult time of loss. But what I want you to figure out is if you have this placement in your chart as well. But here's another thing. This is occurring in the nakshatra in Vedic astrology called Magha, and Magha's symbol is a throne, and it deals with kingship and leadership as well, but it also deals with our heritage, our lineage, our forefathers, Our history, our genealogy, what came before us, and the rivers that take us through life. But it represents our heritage and our forefathers. So I want you to know that this may be coming up for all of us, regardless if you have a planet at this placement, that we're starting to wonder, you know, who came before us? Who was our great-great-great-great Grandfather. And a lot of people believe that this lineage sticks with us and that some people even carry the karmas of their great ancestors. And this could be one of the reasons why you wonder why some families, like the Kennedys, have such difficult experiences, because of the carrying on From their ancient ancestors. It's in the genes, our karma, our blood. It's part of us, you see. And this is all coming up for all of us. That's what I'm trying to say. This connection to our past and our heritage. And even in our countries, are we letting go of our heritage? Letting that go, but people are trying to hang on to it. It's an important focal point right now. But most importantly, do you have any planets that sit within a few degree range of 5, 6 degrees of Leo or Aquarius? And if you do, You are being heavily, heavily affected by this. You will feel a deep sense of loss, and particularly whatever house that planet in your chart rules, you will feel a sense of letting go of something, something that just is— you can't push it anymore. It's not working. You've got to look elsewhere for a different solution. This is it. And even if you don't have any planets, even if you don't have any planets, to see what house it's in will even be where there's a source of something you feel a sense of loss and you're losing it. So if this is in your 1st house meaning your 1st house is Leo, you're going to feel that personally something is being sucked out of you. You feel like escaping and getting away from the world. If you have this in your 2nd house, your 2nd house is Leo. So let's see, if your 2nd house is Leo, then that means that your ascendant is Cancer. Then you're going to feel like there's something about financially it's being sucked out of you, incredibly so. If your ascendant is Gemini, then you're going to feel like there's something to do with your communications that is not coming together. It's being sucked dry, or anything to do with your learning, your education, but your communications with people It's just not working. If your ascendant is Taurus, then you feel this about your family, your mother, or your past, something to do with your home or your property. This is a problem. If your ascendant is Aries, then if you have children, you feel like there's some issues with them that's, that's being drained out of you. And if you don't have children, then this can mean mentally you feel a loss and you've been worried about a lot of things and there's a lot of fear. Okay, if your ascendant is Pisces, then this means that you're feeling it with your health and you're tired, but— and your work, you're exhausted, you want something different. If it's Aquarius, then then your partner could be the issue. They're going through a time of loss and difficulty, or maybe even your relationship is not working out so well. If your ascendant is Capricorn, then this means this is in your 8th house, and psychologically you're going through a rough time. You're, you're digging deep. Things of the past keep coming up. and surfacing. If your ascendant Sagittarius, then this can mean your whole philosophies, everything is shifting and changing for you. You don't feel like you believe the same truths. You can't trust what you used to believe, and you could have issues with your father. If your ascendant is Scorpio, then this drain is happening with your work, your career, your position. You feel like something's missing and you don't feel a sense of purpose anymore. Your job, maybe you're even— your career, your business, maybe it, it's changing where there's a buyout or your boss changes, something to that effect. And if you have Virgo ascendant, then this means that it's in your 12th house. There's things from the past that are really draining your energy, and you feel like all these old things have come up for you to deal with, to work around from the past. People from the past appear, and it's not easy. It's time for you to heal those old issues and wounds from the past. So you see where Ketu The issue is because it's standing still in the sky right now, it is huge in terms of how it's affecting all of us. But most of all, wait and see. Within these next few months, there will be a major loss for a world leader because this is— and I'm getting August, September, even October— and this will make the world turn upside down by November.
