Hi, I'm Joni Petrie and welcome to my YouTube channel. Well, today I'm going to be talking about the last week of August, and I'm saving the best for last. This is the grand finale. There so much happening this last week. You're gonna see what I mean. So what I'm doing here is I'm looking at each day that the moon changes signs, and each day that the moon changes signs, it's in a different Nakshatra, which gives a completely different feel to each day. And I'm looking at how all the other planets are relative to the moon. The moon is the mass consciousness. So we're going to be looking at that. Remember, I use sidereal Vedic astrology in this reading. And I am in Dallas, Texas, which means I'm talking about central time zone. Oh my goodness, this is amazing because we're getting so close to this new moon that.

Monumental. The things that are happening with this new moon and actually the sun being where it is at around 5 degrees of LEO. Really for the last few days, all the way till the next few days, we're looking at a position where the sun is in a perfect Yod. Yod is called the finger of God, an aspect between Pluto, Saturn, Neptune and the Sun. What does that mean? The sun is in Leo. It's in the Nakshatra called Maga. That is the throne. It's a king. And what I'm going to be talking about for this whole week is a definite change in leadership around the world. Something huge is about to happen concerning a leader or a king possibly that's taken out of action, taken out of their position. I promise you huge changes are happening in this.

So today the moon sits in Maga, which is the symbol of the throne. It's in Leo and it is behind the sun. So it's not quite the new moon yet. And this is actually called a b Islamic moon, which means.

It'S a time of deep introspection. It's not the time to start anything new, not in a dark moon. Wait till after the moon is new. Today you can be making your plans as to what you want to accomplish and what you want to do. But take this time to be more introspective and thinking about things and I guarantee you what's going on in the world will probably make you think deeper. So let's move on to August 23rd and in the wee mornings of the hours in the morning we've had the new moon. So by the time you get up we will have had the new moon. The moon is new, it's sitting in front of the sun. So that means the moon is now waxing, not waning in light and it's going to start increasing in light. Now today the moon is so new it's like be aware that.

It'S too early to see results, but it is good for a beginning to plant that seed. Now this new moon is monumental.

Because.

It'S at 6 degrees. Let's see, the new moon is at 6 degrees 10 minutes. Leo, Saturn sits at 6 degrees of Pisces and Pluto sits at 7 degrees of Capricorn. This is a perfect yod with this new moon.

Yes, and even Uranus is squaring the sun. This, this moon, the sun, the moon. That's what a new moon is. When the sun and the moon are exactly conjunct, this means a radical change within leadership. Unbelievable what I'm seeing. So something sudden unexpected will happen concerning a leader around the world. Be aware now.

The moon being in the Nakshatra. Purva Falguni is the Nakshatra of self expression, creativity. It's actually the Nakshatra that a lot of actors have because they need to express themselves. So it's a good day to express yourself making plans. The Venus, Mercury are in the 12th, so it is a day for inner work and creativity Channel Jupiter being in the 11th house from the moon represents its time to come together with groups and friends and organizations. So this is very meaningful. And Mars being in the second house from this new Moon, don't overspend. Be calm when it comes to spending money.

Now I'm looking at Sunday, August 24, and on this day the moon has crossed over Ketu. There is a deep sense of loss going on in the world at this time. Something has happened that's caused people to be more introspective and contemplative. And halfway through the day, going to say around 4pm Central Central Time zone, the moon will move into the Nakshatra Uttara Falguni from Purva Falguni. And actually these are called the marriage Nakshatras. But Uttara Falguni is one that's more.

Easier for issues around relationships and marriage. But this is the new Moon. It's time to start, start new projects. Just don't overspend. And be careful what you're saying because with Mars in the second house from the Moon, you might say things that you didn't mean. So think before you speak.

And Saturn goes to the eighth house from the Moon. This is this whole week. Be careful. There's something about endings or I just keep getting. It's about a world leader. Okay, let me go to Monday, August 25th. We have the Moon in Virgo and it is approaching Mars. When the Moon's in Virgo, just realize people become more hypercritical. They just do so. So watch yourself and not being too hypercritical. And especially the moon's approaching Mars. Yes, it is in Uttara Falguni, which is nice. But by 4pm the moon will move into the Nakshatra Hasta. Hasta is about grasping and holding on to things. And people with this moon are incredibly intelligent. They, they really understand things. But the Moon is with Mars today, so it does deal with a little bit of contentious energy, people being hypercritical and too much detail, too much focus on to detail and problems. And I want to say with Mars, is it still opposing Saturn, but now it's with the Moon.

People feel emotionally hurt in some way. And with Mars being with the Moon, you might feel attacked by others. Just keep, keep yourself calm, collected and cool. And it is a good day to learn new things, gather information, use your thoughts, your mind, all of the above. Jupiter is in the 10th house from the Moon. This is a good day to get things done around the office with your work or finding what really makes your heart sing in terms of your career and your purpose. And it's a good day for meeting with friends and groups because the Venus, Mercury are in the 11th house from the Moon. This is good.

Now I'm looking at August 27th.

And this is where the Moon will be basically. I'm going to say most of the day in Libra, as a matter of fact. Yeah. So probably in the early, early mornings it changes into Libra. Yeah. Actually not that early. It will be around 9am So 9am the Moon Central time. The Moon moves into Libra and it's in the Nakshatra called Chitra. Chitra is a great Nakshatra. It's bright, it's shining, it's optimistic and positive. And with the Moon being in Libra, it is good for relationships. As a matter of fact, the Venus, Mercury are in the 10th house from the Moon, which means it's a good day to shine. Get out there, you're looking good, your reputation is doing fine and you can attract more people. Jupiter's in the ninth house from the Moon, which is always optimistic. I feel like it's a time of spirituality and it could be a good time for traveling.

Now I'm looking at Thursday, August 28th. The moon will be in Libra the whole day and it is in the Nakshatra. Swati. Swati is the communicator. Swati is the businessman. So you get your point across to people today. It's a great day for that. And still we have Jupiter in the 9th. It's a time to explore spiritual thought and philosophies and travel.

Venus, Mercury are together in cancer in the 10th house. A good time around the office, work, career, feeling like you're doing something that is purposeful and meaningful in your life. And there is something about a loss around a friend, possibly with ketu in the 11th. Yes.

Now I'm looking at Friday, August 29th. The moon is still in Libra all day today pretty much. And it's in the Nakshatra called Vishaka. Vishaka means victory. It's a V for victory. And Vishaka means you will.

You will overpower, get the job done. And with Jupiter in the ninth still, it's a good day for travels. It's a good day for spiritual thought and being.

Philosophical is what I'm trying to say. And it's a good day for business and work. Still get things done. I will say though, Mars being 12th from the moon, be aware of.

Things behind the scenes that you don't know about. And I know you're probably going to have a hard time asleep because Things are bothering you probably around the workplace.

Now it is Saturday, August 30.

And the moon has shifted into Scorpio. And Scorpio is the sign of the Moon's debilitation. But it is in the Nakshatra Anuradha, which is a serious Nakshatra. It's ruled by Saturn, but it does deal with friendship and bringing people together. But with the Moon in Scorpio, there's such intense emotion going on and the Moon is opposing Uranus. People will be overreactive and unpredictable. So just go with the tides and don't let people upset you. Yes. And I'll say on the 30th is also the day that Mercury finally leaves the sign of cancer and goes into Leo. So there's something about a build back with, with people, with work, with leadership.

All these losses around leadership. Now it's time to build it back with people in their rule. Now another thing is Mercury is with the sun and ketu in the 10th house from the Moon. Meaning many shifts and changes are going on for you personally, probably with working career. Yes. And.

Be careful when you're around your friends. You might find them to be a little bit overly critical.

And.

Contentious. That's what I'll say. Be aware of that with your friends.

Now I'm looking at the last day of August. It's Sunday, it's August 31st and the moon is going to be in Scorpio all day. And it's going to be in the last part of Scorpio, but it's going to be only in Scorpio in the Nakshatra Jaista Jesta is intense. It's powerful though. It's a day where you can manifest, create things. But be careful of those that could be jealous of you. Just be aware of that. It does bring that up in people. And people are being overly critical because the Moon is in Scorpio. But Scorpio is ruled by Mars and Mars is in Virgo of criticism and being critical. So that's what I'm seeing happen, especially around friends. And if you have an older sibling, definitely that's going to be the case. So also looking at this.

Jupiter will be in the eighth house. It's time to really work on yourself with the Moon in Scorpio. You know, that's where your attention will go into self development, into helping yourself. But let me warn you, as we get into the evening, let's see when the moon will be.

Gandanta. Well, that's going to be.

That will be actually not till tomorrow. The next day. So good. The moon's in jsta, so this is a powerhouse to get things done. But be aware of jealous friends and it is a time for you to work hard. But there will be many changes going on with your work and your career on this last day of.

August.

So here's another thing looking at September, and it looks much better. I know we have eclipses in September, but this, this with these yods and everything that's going on this month, let me just tell you, this energy is super intense and I expect something wild to happen, especially in the area of leaders around the world.
