Major EXPANSIONS Coming! Outer Planets Trigger Awakening AUG–SEP 2025

Hi, I'm Joni Petrie, and welcome to my YouTube channel. Well, today I want to talk about an astrological configuration in the sky. That to me is so meaningful, and I'm going to put it in layman's terms so you can understand it better too. But we are approaching a pretty interesting time historically, and I think this is going to change consciousness on the Earth because of these planets. Now, I'm a big proponent of, of the outer planets, and the outer planets are not traditionally used in Vedic astrology. But I'm a Vedic astrologer, and there are many astrologers in India that do use the outer planets. But let me tell you, there's a big controversy over whether they should be used or not.

Now, I know that they work and, and I have done major research on them, as you well know. I've written a book on each of them and their significance. But in the Vedic system, you should never use them in terms of house rulers. So in Western astrology, Uranus is said to rule Aquarius and Pluto is said to rule Scorpio, and Neptune is said to rule Pisces. But in Vedic, we use the old rulerships that were used in Hellenistic astrology in the older times, medieval, where before the outer planets were discovered, they used, and we still use, and I still use in terms of rulerships that Jupiter.

Is ruled by Pisces or rules Pisces, and Saturn rules Aquarius as well as Mars rules Scorpio. And this works perfectly in this system. But when we bring in the outer planets, this takes on another level of consciousness in the world. And as these planets were discovered, so were certain things that were brought into the world that actually these planets represent.

So the outer planets are transpersonal. They are not so personal. But if they are very close to any of your natal planets, they greatly influence those natal planets. So if you have an outer planet conjunct, your sun, your Venus, your Mars, any of the three outer planets connecting tightly, conjunction or opposition to your natal planets, that natal planet will take on a whole different quality relative to that outer planet. It absolutely works.

But dealing with prediction and talking about world consciousness and how people evolve as these outer planets aspect one another, they create major world changes. Now, this is transpersonal. This isn't personal. So historically, we can go back and look at all these major conjunctions and see how they've affected the growth of consciousness and what people were all about. And another thing that's so interesting about these outer planets are that they're generational. Therefore, if what generation you're born will have outer planets. All of the people in your group, such as Uranus stays in a sign for seven years. So people born with Uranus in the same sign have certain qualities about them in terms of a group consciousness in generation. Neptune stays in a sign for 12 years, so people have that consciousness. Pluto stays in a sign. Well, it's got an electrical orbit. It can stay in a sign for 12 years. At one point it was within the orbit of Neptune. And then at other times it can stay in a sign for 30 years. So this vastly gives generations quite a difference groupings of people.

But they basically they stay here for quite some time. As a matter of fact.

I'm looking at.

The three outer planets, Uranus, Neptune and Pluto. And looking here you will find that Uranus, Neptune and Pluto in this chart and for a very long duration are all at 7 degrees. So we are looking at.

Neptune at 7 degrees of Pisces. And we are looking at Pluto at 7 degrees of Capricorn. And we are looking at Uranus at 77 degrees of Taurus. And what we have is that Uranus and Pluto are in an exact trinal aspect from each other. A trine in astrology is this positive aspect that connects two planets. It's 120 degrees away from each other. But if you'll count from one planet, Pluto, to Uranus and back, you'll arrive at a trinal aspect, is five and nine. So five houses, signs from each other. And then when you count back from, when you count from Pluto to Uranus, it's five signs. When you count back from Uranus back to Pluto, always counting clockwise, you will arrive at nine. It's a five, nine relationship which deals with actually like the ninth house is luck and fortune. The fifth house is another lucky house. So this is like a very positive connection of these two planets. And then when you go to Neptune, Neptune's at 7 degrees and it's actually in what we call a sextile in western astrology, that's 60 degrees away from one another. And this actually has amazing, amazing connections. When you look to the most important divisional chart, which this is going to be over everyone's head. But in Vedic astrology we actually use divisional charts and the Navamsha is the most important. So when I say divisional charts, it's very much like harmonics in Western astrology. But what happens with this ninth division is everything is divided up into nine portions. And this can get very mathematical. Well, it's basically simple math, but still, I'm not going to worry you with all the math. Don't worry. I. I just want you to understand that this actually deals with the power of the number nine. What did Nikola Tesla say? If you understand the meanings behind the numbers 3, 6 and 9, you understand the workings of the universe. But here is what you can see. I'm going to put up the Navamshire chart, which is the, the divisions of this birth chart, which is actually a prashna, which means the chart for the day. And what I found though is that whenever you have the trinal aspect, when planets are in a trine, or actually it's a nova aspect every 40 degrees, when planets are 40 degrees, they're going to be conjunct in the navamsha, so they're 40 degrees from each other. So if you take 40 degrees and 40 degrees, you'll have 80, and then another 40 degrees you have 120. So this is the trinal aspect. So when you have two planets exactly trine each other, then they are conjunct in the Navamsha.

And if you have two planets that are sextile each other, which is 60 degrees from each other, three signs away, remember I'm taking in three and nine.

Then they're going to be in opposition in the Navamsha. So if I lost you with the math worry. Look at the Navamsha chart. We have Uranus and Pluto conjunct and Neptune opposing them.

This takes into account that all three of the outer planets are aspecting each other.

And this is so important because Let me give you a little idea of what the outer planets have done before. When Uranus and Pluto were conjunct in the 1960s, it brought the biggest revolution of all times. So that's what we had. We had.

1966, I think, is when they were exactly conjunct in Leo. And that was the Vietnam War. It was where the youth rebelled against the status quo in society and the government. Something never heard of before. It's where rock music came in alternative sound and generations that fought back. And of course, it was all the racial tensions and assassinations. This was the havoc and the extremes of. But Pluto represents major transformations, whereas Uranus represents radical shifts and changes. Together they created the most radical times.

Of our history. It was really difficult, but in essence needed to happen because the change needed to happen. Change was necessary. The younger generations decided they couldn't follow through with the way things were, and they rebelled. So we've got this essence of rebel that's starting now because of this trinal aspect of consciousness. Uranus and Pluto. But what does it mean when you take Neptune involved in this connection? This is pretty amazing. Neptune can deal with spirituality or deception, deceit and illusion. And for the most part, I've seen it deal with deception, illusion, secrets and scandals. Things that you can't see. But what's happened actually right now, since Neptune in the Navamsha is exactly in this configuration opposed the the Uranus and Pluto conjunction. It's a revelation of consciousness where people are starting to see truth of the deceptions, of the scandals, of everything that's been hidden from us. And now all of a sudden, we know why. Because Uranus is actually the planet that deals with.

The future, actually rules astrology too. So I'm waiting for that to take over in a big way. And it is. But it also deals with not only revolutionary change, but it deals with electricity and computers. And this is a revolution that's taking over because without the computer and technology that has been brought to the forefront, actually.

I want to say in the early or the late 90s. It was actually in the late 90s, around 1997 or 95 to 97, that we had Neptune and Uranus conjunct. Uranus is technology, Uranus is computers. Neptune is the ethereal what's beyond this world and brought the cell phone into existence. This was actually when the, I think that the, you know, Steve Jobs created the cell phone that we all have today, you know, the Apple. And yes, it was starting a little bit before then, I agree. But this was where it really started to take off. The kids that were born, and my youngest, Austin, he was born 1995. I mean, they didn't know a world without technology, computers or telephones. And this is where it really took off. Why? Because of the conjunction of Neptune and Uranus. And so you see.

This altered the world consciousness and society as these planets, the outer planets that represent the collective unconscious aspect each other. And most people aren't looking at the trinal aspect of Uranus and Pluto because they're not conjunct or opposed. But the Navamsha where it's at. And the Navamsha is what we're becoming, what we're evolving into. It is the division of nine. And with the sextile deals with the.

60 degrees, which is three signs away. We're pulling in the energy of nine and three. And these are the culprit of what makes our world the way that it is now. Another thing in that chart I happened to notice that was significant is that Jupiter and Mars are actually squaring each other. So this in September is an amazing time. And on top of it, I want you to know that Rahu sits there at 24 degrees, Jupiter's at 24 degrees, and Mars is at 24 degrees. This is quite an interesting combination because Jupiter and Rahu are in a trinal aspect. And guess what? They are conjunct in the Navamsha. Pluto. Sorry. Jupiter and Rahu both represent major expansion. Jupiter expands its optimism.

Its expansion opportunities, wealth, and Rahu makes it all the more. And as a matter of fact, in one of my books on how to make money with astrology, I went into deep analysis of people that won lotteries. And that entailed Jupiter and Rahu either conjunct or trine. And they're going to be trine exactly during this time, therefore conjunct in the Navamsha. But Mars being there at 24 degrees actually is in kind of a difficult aspect for birthing. It's actually the Quincunx.

Being there in Pisces while Rahu is there in Aquarius. So.

Yeah, they're not quite congruent, but still, all in all, I have to say this is a transformation of consciousness. The world is changing rapidly.

And I want to say things are different and I feel it profoundly as a matter of fact, lately during this time, I've been having so many vivid dreams. And let me just say, our consciousness is not just here, it is in our dream state as well. So this means that things are sped up.

People have the opportunity to change their consciousness, be more aware of truth, reality, and uncovering all of the hidden things that kept us in the dark. And now society and the world is evolving. Now, I will say this. A lot of people won't come on board because some people just do not want to change when things are evolving. But the opportunity is great and it's out there and it's now.

So tap in to this higher power that you are and open your mind.

And I'm going to say it's just going to be happening as a collective, because the outer planets definitely are all about the collective consciousness. I mean, when Uranus was discovered, it brought the industrial revolution. When Neptune was discovered, it brought photography and movies. When Pluto was discovered, it brought nuclear energy into the world. These are the things that these outer planets represent.

Transformation, change.

Vision. So this is what we're capable of doing now. And will it happen in one day? No, but it's happening just like these revolutionary times of Uranus conjunct Pluto. It was the whole 60s and the time of the cell phone coming out and being a part of our lives. Everyone in the world has one, just about.

And that started in the mid-90s. Now we have a revolution of consciousness, taking things to the next level, being aware of the truth and the reality. And this can only bring us change that's positive. Now, I know you might be thinking maybe this is all about the AI, and it probably is.

Because this does have the potential.

To really take things to another level, especially with medicine. And yes, it's going to dumb down a lot of people that use it because they're lazy and they don't want to do the work. A lot of people in school, they're not going to write papers anymore. You know, AI is going to take over with that, but on a positive scale. This has the capacity to take us to a higher level of consciousness, and that's what we're here for. So with that, I think I'll close and let's see, as this world evolves and moves, how things are changing and elevating and broadening our minds, hopefully spiritually in many ways.
