Marilyn Monroe : Scandals

Hi, I'm Joni Petrie, and welcome to my YouTube channel. Well, today I want to talk about a fascinating chart about someone that we still talk about today. It's amazing. This woman had more charisma than anyone, I believe, ever.

In Hollywood because she died young. Of course, you know, that helps because we only remember her in her glory. But there was such a mystery and intrigue around this woman. And what's fascinating is, is you can see it in her chart. So who am I talking about? Marilyn Monroe. Still to this day, we still have posters and pictures of her everywhere. I mean, how does that happen? So let's put her chart up here. Now, looking at Marilyn Monroe's chart, she had a powerful eighth house. That's where I want to go with this, actually. But her ascendant. Now, her ascendant was in the sign of cancer. This makes the moon very important because it's a chart ruler. It rules the chart. And if you will notice, she has Neptune.

In her first house close to her ascendant. And what do I tell you all the time what Neptune means? Mystery, intrigue. And let me just say, when Neptune is on the ascendant, people have this look about them that is almost like chameleon. They look totally different in different pictures and totally different than what they really look like, because why Neptune rules photography and cameras. When Neptune was discovered, that's when photography and silent movies came about. So it does rule movie stars. It does rule media, cameras, photography. And people photograph incredibly well when. When Neptune's on the ascendant. But at the same time, they have this mystery, this intrigue that people can't get enough of. And if you'll notice, her moon ruler of her ascendant, Neptune opposes it. That is huge. That is big. And remember, her moon being in her seventh house of relationships, she could never, ever find the right relationship. Somehow, something always went wrong, and there was great misunderstandings. And Neptune is opposing the moon in the seventh house. Of course, things are going to be misunderstood and there's going to be deception, denials. All sorts of problems can arise if you don't understand this energy, and most people don't. It's a very, very mysterious energy. Neptune opposing the moon. Now, as I was going to, when we talk about scandals or if we talk about charisma, sexual charisma, guess what house that is the eighth house. Now, look to her eighth house, where her Mars and Jupiter resides. The eighth house deals with this magnetism. And you're going to find anyone with a powerful eighth house, such as this has the power to attract people to them. They're magnetic, they're charismatic. That's what that eighth house is, charisma. When people, you know, probably in her day there were millions of absolutely gorgeous and still to this day, absolutely gorgeous, perfect, beautiful women in Hollywood. But what makes her stand out? You know, sometimes you can look at these beauties and they're flawless, they're beautiful. But there's something missing and it's charisma. And so there was probably many that were more beautiful feature wise than Marilyn Monroe. But she had what it takes and it's charisma. And actually I'll show you many, many beauties that have powerful eighth houses, but they're the ones that have the charisma. So Marilyn Monroe with Mars and Jupiter in her eighth house, which is also known as the house of scandals. Right. And you know, she died with a scandal unresolved behind her name.

And what I discovered when I was studying her chart was Neptune was aspecting her sun.

By its eighth aspect exactly the day she died. And when I say eighth aspect, that means it was eight placements from where her natal son is. Exactly. So that tells us something about her death, that it was.

A scandal and there are things we do not know about it. This is definite, especially with these 8th House planets that she has here. And guess what Maha dashes she was in at the time of her death. Yes, Jupiter, Mars. These two planets in her eighth house were activated dealing with scandal, dealing with delusions, dishonesty. And you know what, she had a lot of psychological problems. The eighth house deals with psychology and addictions.

This is incredibly powerful to recognize and realize this. But I think her strongest point was this. Mars being in the eighth house. Yes, it was in Aquarius.

Definitely was about magnetism. And Jupiter.

Expanded it all the more. So this is a fabulous study and we'll probably come back to this chart many times because of the depth that it has. And especially one of the things I wanted you to understand is how the eighth house deals with scandal, deals with things that we don't know about, and intrigue and deception and deceit.

And the eighth house also deals with charisma, magnetism, this sexual magnetism. This is the eighth house. So that's one of the features I wanted you to understand with this chart, please. Plus the Neptune. When we have Neptune conjoining or opposing the moon, you're going to see all sorts of deception and deceit and intuition and a very unusual look with people that have this. So I will leave you with those those few notes better understanding the eighth house and Neptune once again, especially when it's aspecting the natal moon. So with that I'd like to close.
