Hi, I'm Joni Petrie and welcome to my YouTube channel. Well, today I want to talk about Mars as Mars transits through through the sign of cancer. Now we know that Mars has already been in cancer because Mars has been retrograde and it actually turned retrograde on June 6 while it was around.
10 to 12 degrees of cancer. And Mars doesn't like cancer very much. It is called its debilitation sign. So everything that Mars represents while it's in the sign is essentially not that good because Mars is weak. So we're going to talk about this before. Now let's get going talking about this Mars because it is crucial where it is going. Remember, Mars is the trigger. Mars is the planet of energy. It ignites things. It's fiery, it's supercharged, it's energy. And when it makes degree markings to other planets, that's when the events happen. And especially dealing with eclipses. When you deal with eclipses, when Mars crosses over the eclipse degree afterwards, that's when these huge events occur. Mars is so vitally important to understand. What does Mars rule? Well, since it rules energy and action, it actually rules sports of all kinds. But it deals with aggression, it deals with competition, it deals with drive, ambition, courage. And it also deals with anger. It can deal with war, it can deal with violence. It can deal with hostility, hostility, anything that makes us mad. And Mars is also.
It'S a planet of weapons. So that's why it's even involved in war. So this is important to understand the power and what Mars is truly all about. So.
Let'S talk about Mars being in Cancer, its weakest sign. Mars is actually the planet that rules real estate. And when it goes into Cancer, there is like an upheaval and a transformational change according to the real estate markets. This is definite and that's what's been going on. But once we get Mars out of this sign of Cancer, I feel like these markets will definitely turn around. But Mars being in Cancer currently, right now, see, it's going to be in Cancer. It starts with.
Well around April 2nd. April 2nd it will go into cancer for the second time because when it went retrograde, it went all the way back into Gemini, and now it's coming back. By April 2nd it will enter Cancer again and it will be in cancer till June 6. And there's a lot going on within this cycle. But let me just tell you that April 12th it is, while it is in Cancer, it's in the Nakshatra Poorna Vasu. And Poorna Vasu means return of the light. Actually it changes out of. Excuse me. So while it's here, from April 2nd in the sign of Cancer, it will be in the Nakshatra Poornavasu till April 12. April 12 it will change into Pusha. But from April 2, being in the sign of Cancer, it will be in Poornavasu till 12th April. Now remember, these Nakshatras overlap in the sign. So Purnavasu is in Gemini too, mainly in Gemini. But the first three degrees.
Of Cancer, it's going to be in Ponavasu. So po means return of the light. It's actually a very positive Nakshatra, even though I'm telling you there's going to be the return of all sorts of hell's going to break loose in this month. So I don't know, it's not going to be easy, let me tell you. But then by April 12, it's going to go into Pusha, where it will remain till May 11. And Pusha is the nourisher. But I gotta say this, it's ruled by Saturn and there's going to be all sorts of havoc happening because Mars will be affiliated with Saturn while it is in Pusha. Now after that, though, let me just say April.
Let's see, April 12 to May 11 it's in Pusha. But May 11 through June 6, while it's in Cancer it will be in the Nakshatra Aslatia. And Aslatia is the symbol is a snake. And it can be very tricky and very sneaky. Sneaky. And yes it can cause all sorts of underhanded things during this time. Now talking about Mars, what else it's doing this particular month or months to come? April 4th is the day that Mars will be. Now it's going to change to 0 degrees April 2nd but it's still going to be 0 degrees and it's going to be exact at 0 degrees lining up with Saturn and Uranus. So Saturn will be 0 degrees of Pisces, Uranus will be 0 degrees of Taurus and Mars will be 0 degrees of Cancer. And this is really important because the aspects between Saturn and Mars, between where Saturn 0 Pisces and Mars 0 Cancer is in a trinal aspect. This trinal aspect is like a conjunction actually in Nadi astrology which is a different form of Vedic astrology says that Saturn's trine is the most powerful. And what it actually does is it connects the energies of the planets. Disregard the aspect of the trine being good or bad. It is like they're conjunct. So Saturn Mars conjunct with Saturn's full third aspect to Uranus. Let me just say this dead on date of April 4th is going to create all sorts of havoc in the world. And I think this involves war. So Mars is a trigger. And then I am looking at April 10th through the 13th. This will be where Mars transiting. Mars will cross over Mercury in the United States birth chart. The United States birth chart. Mercury sits right there, around 6 degrees.
Of cancer and Mars will be on it. And during this time you can expect all sorts of.
Scandals and corruption being exposed. This is big because that's what the eighth house is all about. Scandals, corruption, big money. And with Mars being on that Mercury there, it's the cat's out of the bag. Everything has come out and being exposed. Will people believe it? Most of people can't handle it or believe it. But it is a fact. It is a fact. There's proof now. Now another thing is when Mars will cross over Rahu in the United States chart. This will happen between May 10th and the 12th. This is explosive.
We're looking at some serious blow ups here in the US and around the world. And yes, I do mean violence. Yes. So I'm looking at that. But there is also a time prior to that that it looks even more devastating. And that is around the new moon which is April 27th of April. Yes. But April 26th, 25th. 26th is where Mars will be around 9 degrees opposing Pluto. And Pluto is devastating. Pluto is major, major transformation. And yes, Pluto is said to be the higher octave of Mars. In other words.
A Mars about a hundred times more powerful. And you get these two planets in an opposition, something's about to blow. Let me just say that. So Pluto is even when it was discovered, we came into the discovery of atomic energy around the late 30s. So this is what Pluto's all about. Devastation.
It can be transformation. But we all know that something big is about to happen. Now Pluto in the United States chart does sit in the second house dealing with money. So this could be a powerful blow up for the stock market and the economy involving financial blow ups for the United States. This is going to be huge. Yes. So that's what we're looking at. And let me just say Mars as it even by the six when it goes into leo.
We have more that we're looking forward to. So keep posted with the transit and the cycle of Mars because it is the big trigger of events. We have to keep our eye on Mars. And actually one of the presidents I think it was Theodore Roosevelt said get this, he had his horoscope. This was back before people thought the way they do about astrology, especially back in my day when I was trying to learn astrology. He said I keep my eye on my moon in my horoscope. He had it tacked to the wall in the White House. Yes. And he says I keep my eye on when Mars opposes my moon because he knew Mars is a huge trigger. You've got to know this, this is incredible. So key, let's keep our eye posed on Mars because it's the activation point of many things to come. And all these dates that I gave you are hugely important. I think the economy, everything. April's the month and look out May, June, July. A lot of things have to explode. But it's bringing us to a rebirth. Remember that you got to put up with this to get there. Nothing's nothing worth it is easy. Isn't that kind of true? I don't know. But when you work hard to get somewhere, it pays off and that's where we're headed. Okay, so with that I think I'll close.
