In this YouTube forecast for September 1 (2026), astrologer Joni Patry outlines a day of intense astrological tension. She notes that the Moon is in fiery Aries and occupies the Bharani nakshatra, a sign of major change and breakthroughs, suggesting forward momentum. However, it is also the final day Mars resides in the challenging Ardra nakshatra, associated with sadness, feeling stuck, and hitting a brick wall. The Moon’s fiery placement amplifies frustration. Mercury is in a quincunx, which Patry interprets as a breakdown in communication where people feel unheard, leading to a standstill. Additionally, Jupiter and Saturn form a trine, typically a beneficial aspect, but she observes Saturn repressing Jupiter’s expansive energy, muting potential opportunities. Overall, Patry paints a picture of a day where the desire for progress clashes with emotional blockage and communication hurdles, resulting in a frustrating yet potentially transformative atmosphere.

September 1st, going to be a Tuesday. But on this day, the Moon is in Aries and it's in the nakshatra called Bharani. Bharani means major change and breakthroughs. Things are happening. And this is the last day that Mars will be in the difficult nakshatra called Ardra. Ardra is a teardrop. There's sadness. People are feeling stuck or feel like we're hitting a brick wall. And the Moon here When we look at this, it is in that fiery Aries sign, so frustration is really hitting head-on. So Mercury deals with— it's in a quincunx, but what that means is that people feel like their communications are not being heard. Everyone is at a standstill. It is a frustrating day even though the Moon sits in the sign nakshatra that should mean moving forward. I'm also noticing that Jupiter and Saturn are in a trinal aspect as well. So many aspects are happening today. Now normally I would say that's a great aspect for opportunities, but somehow Saturn is kind of repressing Jupiter's energy today.
