Hi, I'm Joni Petrie and welcome to my YouTube channel. Well, today I want to talk about that Mercury and Venus both finally going to turn direct. And did you know at this time none of the planets will be direct? What a great thing to have this forward motion. But remember, whenever planets do shift directions from retrograde to direct, there's still a readjustment period. And actually there's the shadow time, which I won't go into. But it does make a difference when Mercury does shift direct from retrograde, even though we still have some shadowy feelings of it being retrograde. But the day that planets shift, in other words, they turn from a retrograde motion to a forward motion, the energy is the most intense and concerning what that planet rules. And I believe it's a positive. Mercury and Venus are benefics in a chart, so they are not going to create the problems. But you will find that moods and people's opinions, especially your own, will change because the retrograde process means it's time to review and reflect. But when it turns direct, then you got to shift your attention to movement forward. And that takes a couple of days for you to get familiar with. So the day that Venus turns direct will be January 29, and it's going to be at 16 degrees of Sagittarius. Now remember, I'm talking about the sidereal Vedic placements, not the tropical western, but 16 degrees of Aquarius, I mean of Sagittarius, is in the Nakshatra called Purva Ashada. And this Nakshatra has so much to do with being truthful, philosophy, spirituality and law. Moving forward in all of these areas, finding our own truth. What resonates with you? And I have to say, so much is always out there that's contrary to what others feel. There's a big split going on in humanity and how people feel. Some people feel a certain way about government, some people feel a certain way about the virus, and not everyone feels the same way. But I think that at this point in time, everything that's been transforming our planet is coming to clarity. Where we can see actually what has been going on for the course of at least two years. And I think everyone's starting to see a whole different world. And yes, I think that the virus is going to start to dissipate where we're going to start living our lives in accordance to.
No more of the lockdowns and the repression. And even if governments try to do so, people are going to rebel. This is going to be the most rebellious year of all. We, we are still in January, but by February 3rd, Mercury is going to turn direct at 3 degrees, I'm sorry, on the 3rd at 0 degrees of Capricorn. And this is a real sensitive placement. Let me explain why. Because Pluto sits at 2 degrees. So Mercury is stationing, going back and forth on top of Pluto. And Pluto deals with massive change and Mercury deals with our communications. So you see there's a big turn in the way that information is being presented out there in the world. The media, it's kind of shifting gears because they know they can't get away with what they've been doing before. It's becoming more and more evident as to what's been going on in the world. Pluto deals with massive change. It is the planet of transformation, but it's also the planet that deals with life and death, birth and rebirth, death and transformation. So you see there's something in our world of communications, our mind, our consciousness that's changing with, with Mercury all of a sudden now going forward, everything that's been coming up during the Mercury retrograde is now there for people to make their opinions and their judgments. And people are starting to come together more. The world has been in chaos where they have been putting so much fear out there. When people are in fear and when they're isolated and separated from one another, this is the most destructive thing that can happen. And those in control can control fear ridden people that have not been able to come together. People are going to start coming together, they're going to start sharing ideas. Because now after this point of February 3rd, none of the planets are retrograde. So it is time to start forward movement. And we have so much that is going to change this year. Every year is a new transformational change. But Pluto with Mercury will make people very deep and serious minded as it stations here and, and Capricorn, don't forget, is the sign that deals specifically with government leadership and rulers. And everything is shifting and changing at this point. Come February, the world is going to look very different than it has for many years, especially in terms of who is leading who is in charge of governments around the the world. I think what you're going to discover is that the world leaders are not so separate after all, they've been working together for a long time. And what's at the bottom of this? Well, you could call it corruption, but I call it the way that they deal with the economy and money. So this is what is finally coming up. Because what you're going to see in the next, throughout this year, this year is going to have a lot that people are going to start taking back their power. That's what's going to happen. And what's going to happen with that? A lot of change, to put it nicely. Taking back their power is going to go against some of the government rulings because you see, Capricorn rules the government. Mercury is bringing together the mind, the consciousness with Pluto for change in the government. The people are going to create the change and take more control. Now let's go back to Venus going direct because Venus rules love and relationships and peace. And once we have Mercury start to move past past, it's going to move forward, away from where Venus is. But what Venus is going to do is it's going to come together and it already is with Mars. And as I said before, this is a time of war and peace, fighting for what we believe and people are going to be stronger. The people, they're going to take back control around the world. I'm not just talking about one country. You're going to see social uprising of people demanding to take their power back. This is what this whole year is going to involve and it will be a year of war and peace. Venus, when it turns direct nine months later has great indication of something that has to bring peace to the world. But before that time we're going to have some mighty instances of major revolution and war. Remember that this is a year of major spiritual awakening because Jupiter and Neptune are coming together and they're going to be together in April. So this is the period before that. Everything is laid out on the table and we're going to see what choices we have, where we're going to go with our beliefs and our truths. Because as Mercury and Venus are traveling in first Purva Ashada, that's where Venus is. And where Mercury is, is in Uttara Ashada. The Ashatas and Vedic astrology are the truth finders. And what Purva and Etara Ishada want more than anything is justice. And I think what's coming out now with the Mercury, Venus dealing with communications and peace and love and appreciation is that now everything's going to come together, be revealed, and justice will be served. So watch how the month of February brings us forward and march. And then we have the shift of the nodes. Everything is on the verge of a major shift. So remember, if you have any planets in Sagittarius or whatever house is. Sagittarius or Capricorn. Capricorn, especially Capricorn. A lot is going to change within your mind, your consciousness, your awareness, which you're all about, because these planets are heavily influencing you with Sagittarius and Capricorn planets.
