Moon in Aquarius: Most Knowing and Stubborn of the Zodiac

When I think about Aquarius, I know so many people that are into astrology with that sign. This is a sign that is open to everything. They are questing for knowledge of all sorts, but it is a fixed sign. Therefore they can be very stubborn in what they believe. They will lead you on to think that they're listening to you and they agree with you. But when they don't agree with you, they probably won't tell you because it's beneath them to argue with someone because they know. I say the saying for Aquarius is I know because they know. And yeah, they can be a bit of a know it all at times, but they're extremely small smart so they do most of the time know everything. But they can be very quiet in their assessments because of this. But talking more about this sign. Aquarius is ruled by Saturn in Vedic astrology so they can be pretty stern in many ways. But most people think of Aquarius as being the sign that's out there because. Because in western tropical astrology they assign the planet Uranus as the ruler. But Uranus, who in Greek mythology is more affiliated with Uranus, it was the sky God in Greek mythology Uranus. And Uranus was above all and knew all. Those that want to predict and know the future, that's what really Uranus and Uranus and everything to do with the sign is all about we're going to find certain Nakshatras in this sign that deal with predicting the future. So getting back to just the nature of Aquarius, it is an air sign. You'd think that the symbol of the water bearer would mean it's a water sign. It is not. It is an air sign. It's all about intellectual thinking, processing and talking. You know, air signs love to communicate. So this is one of the air signs of communication, information, learning, speaking.

Passing on information. And it is the 11th sign of the zodiac. And the 11th house relates to friendships. So this is the sign that loves to be affiliated with groups and organizations and friends. Friends are vitally important to the sign of aquarius because it's 11 sign and it's relative to the 11th House of Friends and groups.

But the fact that it is a fixed sign, don't forget, you know, we're always talking about Taurus is being so bullheaded and stubborn. Let me tell you something. I think Aquarius has something over on the bull headed Taurus because they can really be fixed. They are not going to budge when they are told what to do. There's no changing an Aquarian's mind. So this is that fixed air. The mind, the thinking mind. It is fixed. It is stubborn. And many times people with the moon in Aquarius can be extremely.

Extreme. How do I put it? Extremely extreme. But what I mean by that, they can be very fanatical, that their way is the way to be and it's outrageous. Many, many times. But that's the beauty of this sign being so outrageous. They are so darn interesting. You can help but have conversation with them. They're knowledgeable, they're intelligent and they are fun to talk to. So that's kind of just a generality of this fixed air sign of Aquarius. But let's talk more about the different divisions. Meaning what? Nakshatra, your moon's in if you have your moon in Aquarius. So if your moon is from the beginning of the sign Aquarius 0 degrees to 6 degrees, 40 minutes, then you have your moon in the Nakshatra. Danishta and Dhanista is ruled by Mars. So there's an overlapping though that the last portion of Capricorn has their moon in Dhanista, even though it's in Capricorn makes them very different than the moon in Aquarius in Dhanista. But the moon in Aquarius in Dhanista, being ruled by Mars means they started out life in the Mars Maha Dasha.

Remember, it's the moon that determines what Dasha, you begin your life out in and being in Dhanusha, ruled by Mars. Life started out on a difficult foot. Mars is not an easy planet. Things were difficult. But let me just say this. Dhanishta means the richest one. Danishta denotes wealth. And people with the moon here generally have great wealth in their lives. Dhanishta's symbol is a drum or a flute. They're actually hollow instruments. So there's a sense of emptiness that they feel. And this can relate sometimes with the issues that people with the moon and Danishta have with relationships. They never feel like they get the relationship that gives them that full contentment, feeling complete.

Furthermore, thinking about Dhanista.

I think about the fact that it is an instrument. So of course they have rhythm, they have timing, they somehow are at the right place at the right time, or they actually have musical skills. And if they don't, they have rhythm and love music. Music moves their soul and their hearts. They. They have that feeling that connects to music. It's an air sign. Air pushes wind that makes sound.

So another thing about Danishtha is that it is ruled by the eight vases which deal with abundance. Once again, this is an indicator of great wealth. And the stars, the. The stars are at the head of the dolphin. And it is ruled by the Vasus, which deals with great virtues, Vasu. So it's a star, actually that's called the star of symphony. And this gives a sense of music and rhythm. But don't forget, Danishtha being ruled by Mars rules real estate. And that's one of the ways that people with this Nakshatra make money.

They can be a real estate tycoon. They love real estate. They love working with it and they're very good at it. They make a lot of money. So that pretty much entails if you have your moon in the first 6 degrees 40 minutes of the sign Aquarius. Now if your moon sits after 6 degrees 40 minutes and extends to 20 degrees, so in other words, 6 degrees, 40 minutes of Aquarius to 20 degrees of Aquarius, then your moon sits in the Nakshatra shadow. Bishak, that's a tough Nakshatra, I want you to know, because it deals with the hard to cure diseases, okay? But at the same time, it is a brilliant Nakshatra that deals with healing. So it could deal with, and I find this with so many people with the moon in Chattabishek that they have someone in their family that has a hard to cure disease. Now you could say this relatively of anyone because we all get Sick and we all pass at some point. So you could say we all have that. But no, I'm talking about throughout life dealing with people at a younger age and always dealing with hard to cure diseases. And I'm not necessarily talking about the person with the moon in Chadhabishak, although sometimes it does equate to them. But I find that ever so often, because this Nakshatra actually rules alcohol.

That these people have addictions. Either they're constantly dealing with someone in their life that has an addiction or they have an addiction. And usually it's drugs or alcohol. Specifically alcohol. So when I say hard to cure diseases, I think one of the hardest to cure are addictions. And that's the struggle that sometimes this people with the moon in this placement have to deal with.

Or it could actually mean that a parent may be sick or something when they're growing up. But there is some essence around this.

But what does it do? It gets them into healing. This is the Nakshatra that is called the Hundred Healers. They get into healing, they become healers. Whether it's a doctor, a nurse, spiritual healer, a healer.

With psychology of minds. But healing is ultimately the goal. Or another thing. I call this Nakshatra is the sky watcher.

And the sky watcher is always about what's in the heavens. Such as dealing with astronomy, dealing with astrology, astronauts, aliens. Oh, my God. Everyone that I talk to with the moon here, I always say, no, I know that you're fascinated. Fascinated with what is out in space.

Such as aliens. They always laugh because it's true. It's fascinating. They want to know what is out there and who's with us in this universe. We're simply not alone. That's Shadow Bishak needing to know this information. And even as children, they love to watch the heavens in the skies at night. Because there is nothing more fascinating than understanding where we are in this universe.

So Varuna is the God of the cosmic waters and which rules this beautiful Nakshatra. And of course, it's the water bearer that is in this Nakshatra. And one of the main stars in this portion of the zodiac is Famulat, which can deal with great fortune. But at the end or other end of the spectrum, they will. They have major highs and lows. They ultimately experience both fortune and misfortune at some point in their life. So this is really an important Nakshatra to be aware of. And.

There is so much.

That this Nakshatra can bring to the table with healing and awareness. And it's just the most amazing.

Knowledgeable, one of the most knowledgeable Nakshatras of all. So let's talk about if your moon sits from 20 degrees of Aquarius to the end of the sign to 30 degrees Aquarius, then your moon sits in the Nakshatra called Purva Bhadrapada. And that's a heavy Nakshatra. It is ruled by Jupiter. So you started out life in a pretty nice place because Jupiter usually brings you into a cushy position. Not always really depends on how your Jupiter's placed in your chart. But you did start your whole cyclic process out in Jupiter's Maha Dasha. So you were appreciated in this world when you came in.

Now, Purva Badrapada is actually called the former Happy Feet and but may seem really happy, but this is actually the front end of the funeral cot. Because when we're talking about Pisces.

Purva and Uttara Bhadrapada, they're both the front end and the back end of the funeral cot. So this is dealing with endings. Now I do know even though Purva Bhadrapada, which means former, means earlier part of your life is easier probably than the second part of life, as the Otaras usually experience. But it can mean success early. But at the same time, there is a very difficult star located in this Nakshatra, and it's called Markab. And that does denote honors and success. But let me tell you something. This is a star that can deal with great sorrow. I gotta tell you honestly what this could mean. It is not an easy Nakshatra. And another one that's within this area of the zodiac is the. The Nakshatra called Sheet. These two Nakshatras are difficult. They deal with sorrow and losses at some point. Now, we will all go through that. But there's something that they're here to learn through this. It is not an easy one. And it is in Pegasus, which they say when a planet is close to Pegasus, or whether it's the wings, the upper portion or the lower portion, Pegasus does deal with the. The energy of sacrifice.

And what's beautiful about this Nakshatra is it can deal with sacrifice for a higher cause.

And this is probably what equates somewhat to the sense of sorrow. But that's a beautiful thing. Karmically, this is remarkable. But let me say something else about the symbology of this particular Nakshatra.

Its symbol is a man with two faces. And this Nakshatra can most definitely deal with.

Something of two faces, which I have found that it could mean that you've got two different faces. One you show at work and one you show at home. Not that they're contradict, not that they're good or bad, but it's completely different. So it's kind of like two personalities but all at the same time. I've seen where the moon could be indicative of the mother.

And the mother could have two complete different sides to them. And of course it could be the connotation of being two faced.

You've got to watch that if your moon's there and if it's not referring to you. Depending on what house it's in or particularly being the moon, it could be the mother could be two faced.

So this is a very interesting placement to have the moon.

As well as everything about the sign Aquarius, being highly intellectual, being highly.

Stable, call it stable, fixed, stubborn in their ideas and their mind, what they believe, their thoughts, their knowingness. Remember, Aquarius is all about. I know, but this is everything about who you are looking at where your moon is in your chart.
