My PSYCHIC EXPERIENCES with Spirits from Beyond | My World of Astrology #21

Hi, I'm Joni Petrie, and welcome to my YouTube channel. Well, today I'm going to continue on with another segment of the. Of my World of Astrology series. And today I thought I'd talk about some very unusual happenings that I've been through in my life concerning psychic abilities. And I know all of you have experienced crazy things, like I have, too. And I often think, what is it that gives us this power to know something.

Get a dream or something? What is it in us? Is it something that we are? Or is it spirit outside of us? Is it spirits talking? What is it that causes this incredible.

Psychic ability?

And you know what I think it is? I think it might be more than one thing. But you know how we are connected to the divine? We are part of the spirit of God. All of us are. And I think when we connect to that part of ourself, that's when these answers come.

So you could call it your higher self, but that higher self is. Is connecting to. If you want to call it God, I love to call it the divine because it is the divine.

And then sometimes I think we get a little help from spirit in the spirit world, too. So it's not just one thing. But you know what? In essence, nobody knows absolutely for sure. But I'm going to give you some of my stories, and I think you're going to be.

It's going to inspire you to want to know more about this. So I'm going to start with the one where my mother and I, we were in a restaurant I'll never forget. It's like, clear as day. We were in our favorite fish restaurant way back in the day called Vincent's. We used to go there every Friday night. And.

She was a real estate agent, worked for Abby Holiday. And they were having a big contest the next day, a big drawing for.

$20,000.

And back then, $20,000 probably was more like a hundred today.

So it was a big drawing. And she was telling me this in the restaurant. Remember, I had just beyond belief a knowing. It wasn't like, oh, I think I wish I. No, I knew she was gonna win it. It just hit me, this knowing. And I looked her right in the eye, said, you know, you're gonna win that contest. She looked at me right back in the eye. She says, I know. We both knew. It wasn't like, kind of sort of, maybe.

She won the contest the next day. We both knew. It was so weird because I'm telling the this sense was not anything. It was a knowing and I mean, 100%. I just knew. Okay, that was one thing that was weird. Another thing, this was really strange. Strange.

I used to go to this. This acupuncturist here. His name was Dr. Parks. He was amazing. He was Korean. And, you know, always I would go anytime just to get in alignment with him, because he was the master at this. Brought my whole family there. Loved Dr. Parks. He was this real serene.

Just something about his energy was just real serene and healing. And one day. This is so weird. I remember just kind of gazing into his eyes and something about the vibration or the gaze or something. I knew he was born on my birthday.

I don't know how I knew, but it was just something about the feel in the gaze, that we had the same vibrational frequency energy, if you could call it that. And I just knew that. So after the treatment, I walk outside and I asked his secretary, I said, do you know what day Dr. Parks was born, by any chance? Do you know? She says, yes, he was born November 8th. That's my birthday. I don't know how I just had that knowing again.

Yeah, I could. That was just the strangest thing. And here is another thing. That was probably one of the weirdest I had. And I should have worn that necklace. Darn. I didn't think to put it on today, but I have this beautiful pendant that my mother bought me. Me in Hong Kong. It was actually the trip when we went to.

The Philippines. We went to Hong Kong first because we'd never been there. So we made it, you know, into a big trip. And of course, you know, I told you my mom used to love to buy me jewelry. I always had to pay the price afterwards, always. But there was just this really interesting piece. It kind of remind me where the diamonds kind of like grapes, but it was this beautiful design. Anyway, she bought me that. That pendant, and I wore it all the time for the last 20, 25, 30 years. I just recently started wearing different things. But I loved that pendant. And the kids always remember me wearing that when they were little.

One day I lost it, and I couldn't find it. I had no idea where it was. And of course, I got to tell you, I was really upset because jewelry has meaning to me in terms of when it was bought, who bought.

Just reminded me of that whole trip of healing to the Philippines and Hong Kong, being with my parents, especially after they're gone. But they were still around. During the time that I remember, I couldn't find. Find that pendant.

And I looked everywhere, you know, how it is when you lose something. You look everywhere, but you keep looking the same places. Like, maybe I didn't check that place out good enough. And you go back to the same places, revisiting, looking, looking, looking just drives you crazy, you know, you pray that you're going to find it. Everything. Well, I'll never forget. I was just sitting there one day on my sofa, and it just popped in my mind. It's in the lining of this purse. And it's not even a purse that I used regularly. I hadn't used it in a while. And something told me to look in the lining of that purse. I had to go into a closet where I kept the purses that I didn't even use anymore, find that purse, dug into the lining of the purse, there was that pendant.

What told me that? How did I know? But it just. You know how something just pops in your mind and, you know, that's how it happened. I found that pendant. What force? What divine force? Was it my higher self? Was it spirit? Was it? What was it? But I was told to go into the lining of the person there. It was amazing. Now, I know you guys have to have stuff like this happen in your life, too, and I've got a couple of more. Well, just one time.

I remember in a dream, this is. This is just something small. But I remember in my dream, I forgot. I think I had the two sons already, Christian and Preston, and. And I think I might have been pregnant with Austin. I think this is what. Where I was. And I remember in the dream, this was before. You know, everyone knows what. What sex you're going to have as a baby. You know what your baby is going to be a boy or a girl. And I remember in the dream, looking in the rearview mirror, there were three boys.

I thought, oh, my God, I'm gonna have another boy. And I did. That's so funny how dreams can. Can happen like that, right? And I'll tell you something else weird. Before I moved into my home that I love so much that I'm in right now, weirdest thing happened. I won't go into all of that, because that was crazy.

But right before I moved into this house, the people that sold it to us, they kept postponing the day that they were going to move out. I mean, it was ridiculous. First, we gave them two extra months, and it was even during the Christmas holidays. Then we had to give them a couple of more weeks, and we own the house. We didn't have to do that. They just kept saying, oh, we really? Yeah. Anyway, so the day came. We even drove by the house, saw the moving trucks and everything. So we knew, you know, day was coming. We finally got to move into our house months after it was ours.

But the night before we were supposed to move into the house, I dreamt that we walked into the house and they hadn't moved out.

I thought I woke up and told my husband, I said, I dreamt that the people were still totally in the house. And that's the day we're moving in.

Sure enough, we go to move in the house. They had everything still in the house. And every time one of the movers would take something into the truck, they would go in and take it out. It was crazy.

But the dream told me they're not. But finally that day, we got them, because the moving trucks were all there. We had it happen. But still, how did I know that they weren't moving out? Dreams can be like that. They're amazing.

But here is something I got to share with you. This is going to be the last psychic thing that I have to tell you. This wasn't really psychic. This is. But I did kind of sort of know this.

Let me go back to. And I even did a Instagram on this, but I think it's. It disappeared.

But one time when we were on a cruise, my parents loved to go on cruises, but this was the only cruise that we went on without my mother. Mean, without my father, because my father had died in January of 2004, and this was July that we went on this cruise to Greece. And it was with my mother by herself.

So we go into a jewelry store. She loved jewelry. And.

I always wanted a bracelet with the Greek key. And the Greek key I wear, in case you haven't noticed, I wear the Greek key and a necklace. And my mother, we were in there and she says, pick out. Pick out something you want. So I said, I want a Greek key bracelet. And I just wanted one that was like, gold and silver. I didn't want anything fancy because, like I said, with my mom, you always had to pay the price. Somehow. Somehow when she bought you something, there's, you know, there were strings attached. You had to. Somehow it wasn't emotionally worth it.

So.

She picks out this one that has diamonds in it. I said, oh, no, I don't want that. No, I just want a simple, simple one, too, for a memory of this trip. She says, no, I'm buying you this one because your father just told me to buy that one for you. And, you know, what are you Going to say to that, of course. Thank you.

So she buys me this beautiful Greek key black bracelet.

Wore it every day. And after we finished that cruise, two weeks later, she died. She had a massive heart attack and died. And.

Every time I look at this bracelet, I think about her. I think about the whole, you know, even though, you know, we all go through all this emotional stuff, stuff with our parents, you know, we love them. That bracelet meant so much to me.

And many, many, many years later. I think it was just a couple of years ago, maybe two, three years ago.

Three years ago, probably. My cousin in New Orleans has all these bars in the French Quarter and all around there. So.

He. His sister died and he. He's a jazz. He. He plays the drums in the French Quarter. Anyway, that's my cousin LG. He's hilarious. Anyway.

He was having a party for his sister because she just passed away. And she told him she wanted a big celebration. That's what they do in New Orleans when people die. Celebration of their life.

And had the best jazz bands come to play at this party, because she insisted. And she says, here's the money. I'm. You know, if something happens to me, I want you to have this band, everything. I guess she knew she was going. Yeah. But anyway, so couldn't miss out on going to this celebration of my cousin. My cousin LG Was putting it on. And that night when I returned back to the hotel after this great night of jazz, beautiful music, and tribute to my cousin.

My bracelet was gone.

And.

I couldn't imagine losing that piece of jewelry. That was probably the most meaningful piece of jewelry I owned. Right. Thought I'd never, ever find it again. I lost it in a bar, so.

It was gone. I didn't know if I lost it on the streets getting there or in the. In the cab, if I lost where I don't, you know, it was gone by the time I got back to the hotel.

So called my cousin the next day and told him about it. And I said, I will put up a reward if anyone finds it. And I forgot how much. I put up a handsome reward because it was so meaningful. And they had it taped to the. You know, there in the bar on the walls. Well, Bracelet never came back. So I went to Greece, actually bought myself another one.

No kid, no kidding. About a year after that party.

Somebody was at the bar and said, you know, I found this piece of jewelry down here in the bar, and I didn't ever know what to do with it. And the person that was working the bar goes oh my God. There is a reward for that piece of jewelry. He says I have it at home in my, in my.

Jewelry box. I didn't know what to do with it. Oh my God. LG Ran over. The guy working in there told LG he ran over and gave him the money for the reward.

And I got to go back to New Orleans, meet my cousin. I'm going to show you this, this bracelet. And he gave it back. I got it back. And let me tell you, I prayed to my mother repeatedly to return that bracelet. And she did. And here it is. I don't know if you can see it. It's the Greek key. I wear this bracelet all the time. Beautiful gold, silver, with, with diamonds. In memory of my parents. And the fact that my mother died two weeks after makes it all the more meaningful that I get to wear this bracelet all the time. And that's what jewelry should be because jewelry lasts longer than we do, so it should have beautiful memories and sentiments. And that's why I actually have my own jewelry line with Satya, Satya's jewelry. Because jewelry should be meaningful like that. But.

I'm telling you, from that story, my mother got to work and found that bracelet, got it back to me. It took a year, but I got it back.

One more story. This is about my oldest sister.

Yeah. You know, I've had a lot to do with the spirit world. Not necessarily my asking or anything, but my sister, when she passed, she was on a trip. It was really, really sad. She was on a trip. But to make a very long story short.

She had a massive heart attack and.

She went into a coma, but she was brain dead. Anyway. What happened that night that she had the heart attack?

I didn't know about all this. Yes, you know, my nieces and nephews and my brother in law called and told us that day what had happened. And they had flown her from the, from the ship that they were on to a hospital in one of the islands. But my point is with this story is that night.

In my closet where I keep these, I keep these big posters of pictures from my family. And actually each post poster was displayed one at my mother's funeral and one at my father's funeral. But they have all these beautiful pictures of our family. And it's sort of like I love that being where, where I am all the time, getting dressed. I get to see that and reminisce and reconnect with my family. That night, both those posters were pushed to the ground and a suitcase that was on the top of shelves in my closet was knocked to the ground. I got up in the middle of the night. I heard all that ruckus and noise going on in my closet. And when I saw both posters knocked to the ground and a suitcase, I knew she was gone. Came back and I told my husband, I said, I just had a very bad omen. He says, don't tell me. I told him anyway. But that was my sister telling me she was already on the other side. She didn't want to be there. She wanted to be here. She was angry. She wanted to come back.

But really and truly, can you imagine, it's kind of like with that story I told you about Lynn, who put that picture next to the other picture of the woman that had already passed. It's like, this is spirit. I really felt the presence of my sister that night.

So I just wanted to fill you in on so many of these very interesting things that really cannot be explained in the real conservative world. These are things that are beyond this world. That's all I want to say. So with that, I hope you've enjoyed my little interesting psychic spiritual incidences of being connected to other worlds. Yes, that's what I'll say with that. So I hope this inspires you to connect to the spirit world in many ways and open to your psychic ability. We all have it. You just have to be open and receive it. We all have the sixth sense.
