Vedic astrologer Joni Patry breaks down Neptune retrograde starting July 7, 2026 at 10° Pisces. She expects it to amplify deception, affect oil prices and ocean conditions, and trigger spiritual awakening or deeper illusion depending on your chart. Anyone with planets at 10° in water signs may feel heightened awareness; those at 10° Virgo or Pisces should watch for con artists.

Hi, I'm Joni Patry, and welcome to my YouTube channel. Well, today I want to talk about Neptune, and it's very rare that you find a Vedic astrologer talking about Neptune. Because most Vedic astrologers don't use the outer planets, but I know that they work, especially Neptune. It's not my favorite one to work with, but the reason why I want to talk about it now is it's going to go retrograde July 7th, and it's going to be retrograde at 10 degrees of Pisces. This is huge. Whenever a planet goes retrograde Everything it's about becomes more prominent in our world. And Neptune deals with deception, fog, not seeing things clearly, feeling like a spell's been cast over you because you can't see things for what they really are. It's illusions, and it deals with cults and just everything to do with not being clear, because remember, it does rule fogs. Another thing that Neptune does rule is oil and gas. So, so this could even mean a big shift in the price of oil and gas. And don't forget, Neptune rules the oceans, and the effects of what's going on in our oceans will come into play, profoundly in this month of July. So even though it's going retrograde on July 7th, just realize it is stationing and standing still the whole month of July. So the effects of Neptune will be felt by all of us profoundly. And go to my website, by the way, to find all the other things that I have offering, and that is galacticcenter.org. Now, when I talk about Neptune, The degree of 10 degrees is so significant because all 3 outer planets around this time will all be in a sextile at 10 degrees. But by the time Jupiter on July 22nd comes to 10 degrees, it's going to cast a trinal aspect to Neptune while it is stationing. This is monumental. This is all about spirituality, truth, and waking up from the illusion of what's been going on. That's what I see happening with this Neptune retrograde. And another thing is, because Neptune rules the oceans, it will have a major effect on weather. And fog and storms. The oceans will be turning and burning. And did you know that Neptune is the planet that predicts earthquakes more than any others? Believe it or not, more than Uranus. And Uranus is a planet of unexpected change and things that hit unexpectedly, like an earthquake. Neptune starts from the bottom of the oceans, and this is where you usually earthquakes occur and tsunamis. So be aware that on top of everything else going on in July, we got to worry about this kind of stuff. Earthquakes, tsunamis, storms, you name it, Neptune's going to bring it out into the world and into the open. It's going to be profound. So Another thing is, if anyone has a planet 10 degrees of a water sign— 10 degrees of Pisces, 10 degrees of Cancer, 10 degrees of Scorpio— you're going to be affected by this, and there's going to be a feeling of euphoria, of a wake-up, of awareness. Because Neptune— I know I've been talking about all the negative attributes, which for the most part I have seen Neptune produce— but it does deal with what's beyond this world in spirituality. And space even deals with what's beyond, and it deals with the ways that we can escape this world, which can be our spiritual truths, which can be through our imagination. And guess what else? Neptune rules movies. Why? And photography. When it was discovered, photography and silent movies came into the world. That's one of Neptune's rulerships because It deals with things that appear real but are not. Photography and movies are that. And that is going to be a month when some of the most spectacular movies, I think, come out. And what's coming out? Yes, we are going to have the movie about aliens coming out, and this is going to Wake us up and change our world. So Neptune station is all-powerful, and you have to be aware of what it is going to bring to our world— a whole different dimension of awareness, spirituality, and waking up. Some people may go deeper into the illusion though, the brainwashing. What they want to believe but isn't true, while others will choose this time to shake the illusion of Neptune. Neptune can be like a spell. So if you have planets particularly around 10 degrees of Pisces, be aware. If you have a planet around 10 degrees of Virgo, be aware. You could get sidetracked or disillusioned, or somebody take advantage of you— a con artist. You must be careful with Neptune, and when it's stationing, it's 10 times more powerful. So the trinal aspects to 10 degrees of Cancer or Scorpio are not going to be negatively affected. They will be more empowered with spiritual truths. But the Virgo and the Pisces position, 10 degrees, can be somehow taken advantage of by people that are trying to trick you, or con artists. Just be aware, make sure that you're seeing things clearly. That's Neptune. So with that, I think I'll close. This whole month is going to be about a new awareness, or deception, or delusion with Neptune. Wake up and be aware. That's what I have to tell you about Neptune. So with that, I think I'll close.
