Hi, I'm Joni Petrie and I'm here to talk about this new moon that happens November 20th. And it is going to be powerful because it is in Scorpio. And guess what? There are so many planets in Scorpio right now. This is a time of passion, revelations and big changes, especially in the economy. Get ready for this. So this new moon sits at 3 degrees of Scorpio. Remember, I am a sidereal Vedic astrologer, not tropical western. And this Nakshatra that it's in is called Anuradha. And Anuradha is a serious Nakshatra ruled by Saturn. So things are shifting and they are changing. People are becoming more focused and more serious because this month has had a roller coaster ride. Yes, it has. And with that I am telling you.
Everything kind of changes so dramatically here. Let me, let me pull this chart up so you can see it. You got to see what I'm talking about here. So looking at this chart over here of the new moon and what is the new moon? When the sun, the moon conjoined together. Exactly. And this is on November 20th.
So this new moon sits in Scorpio, but it is almost exactly with a retrograde Mercury. Look at that, less than a degree away. Mercury sits there at 4 degrees 14 minutes. And the new moon is at 3 degrees 58 minutes, essentially 4 degrees. So they are on top of each other. What is a retrograde Mercury going to do with this new moon? It sends us looking back towards the past and things that happened before to correct them. And it's in Scorpio where Mars sits. Wow. There is so much going on in terms of anger, frustration, people arguing, people not agreeing. And things are a little bit crazy, I'm gonna say, because. Why? Because look at this. This is like.
Mars, Mercury, New Moon, Scorpio, passion, arguments.
Attacks all over the world. In many respects you can expect this. And there's another thing happening on this day that may not look so important, but I know that it is. Notice that Neptune sits at 5 degrees 16 minutes, Uranus, 5 degrees 16 minutes. They are precisely to the second, the same degree in a sextile, which they are connected.
In the Navamsha, which is the mathematical formulation of nine, the ninth division.
Very important. They will be exactly opposed to each other. So this aspect of three signs away from each other connects planets in the D9. They are connected. So what does that mean?
It means there is a big shift of awareness and consciousness and a big wake up that's happening. That's happening suddenly, unexpectedly, with Uranus but Neptune deals with things we can't see. Uranus is shocking. And let me say Uranus rules electricity and the Internet.
This can mean some kind of major manipulation of the Internet, maybe downing things to.
Really throw things off in this world. Someone's playing with things they shouldn't in the Internet. And wow, when that goes down, so many things are screwed up and go down. And this is what I'm looking at. This is the craziest time, what a month to see what's happening. Now another thing that I can tell you in this chart that's pretty significant is if you'll notice where rahu sits at 21 degrees but Venus sits at 22 degrees. Rahu will.
Aspect Venus with its exact trinal aspect which in my book is 100% in power. So Venus the day before this was actually exact. So you know, I give it a 3 degree orb. It's there, it's happening now, day before, day after. This deals with the economy. Venus is in Libra, it's sign of wealth. It loves to be in Libra. And I find it so interesting that Venus is in its sign of rulership and Mars is in its sign of rulership.
This empowers these two planets and they deal with relationships for one, finances and money for another. And this is a roller coaster ride with the stock market and the economy this month. It is.
Unimaginable how extreme things are going to be with the stock market and the economy. But I'm telling you it's going on an upspin because I know off the top of my head the chart I use for the United States States, the Sun sits at 22 degrees of Gemini, creating a grand trine with Venus and Rahu. This will bring it up. I don't care where it's been and I know it's been so volatile it's going to go up. This is an opportunistic time for everyone to realize business is working and coming through.
And also in this chart.
Jupiter and Saturn are in a perfect trine. And these are the two planets that are called the social planets. They deal with what's going on socially around the world.
And this is good for the economy. These two planets in a trinal aspect, they're in comfort, they're in ease, they're connecting to one another.
Saturn can be reality, Jupiter can be expansion especially and opportunities especially in the sign of cancer.
So this is an amazing time this month. Things are radical, changing. People are angry, people are upset, but they have to be to wake up. This is a big wake up period. This is the new moon, which what is a new moon always about a new beginning. Things are coming around and it's in Scorpio. So people are passionate about the changes that are happening moving forward. Things are going to start happening really quick with this new moon, Scorpio and Mars. By the way, being in Scorpio is now in the Nakshatra Jaista, which makes it more intense and more powerful and more action. But a lot of people fighting around the world about politics, about.
The economy, about the distribution of wealth because the rich are getting richer because of all the new technological advances with AI.
It's a lot to think about. It's a lot going on. But I will promise you this, things will balance out. They will. That's the nature of this world. We go to extreme extremes and then we go back to balance. It's pretty extreme right now though, let me tell you, and just weigh in, calm down, take advantage of the things that you can that are opportunistic because there's tons of opportunities at this time.
