New Moon September 6 in Leo: New Beginning!

Hi, I'm Joni Petrie and welcome to my YouTube channel. Well, today I want to talk about the new moon that will be occurring in September. On September 6, the new moon is going to happen at 20 degrees of Leo. Now remember, I am talking about the sidereal Vedic zodiac, not the western tropical. So this is such a beautiful new moon because so many things are happening around this time on September 6th. One of the most exciting things I think that's happening is Venus comes into the sign of Libra. And during this time between the new moon and around September 15, we have so many planets that are incredibly strong, powerfully strong. We've got Venus in Libra, which is Venus rules Libra. We have Mercury and Virgo. Mercury rules Virgo and is exalted in this sign. We have the sun in Leo with the Moon. This is very empowering. And on top of that, we have Saturn in Capricorn, its sign of rulership and Rahu and Ketu. Rahu being in Taurus and Ketu being in Scorpio. These are their signs of exaltation. So putting these planets in these incredibly powerful signs means this is a beautiful time for new beginnings to get your best results. So use this new moon because New Moon is always planting the seed of something that's just beginning, something that's brand new. And then of course, by the time we have the full moon, then that's where everything that's been planted will come to fruition. So this is such a deep and powerful time because this new moon is going to occur in the Nakshatra called Purva Falguni. This Nakshatra is a Nakshatra of. Well, actually it's ruled by the God of, of luck and fortune, Bhagya. So this is a beautiful Nakshatra. It's ruled by Venus. Purva Falguni is ruled by Venus. And Venus being in its strength. What an incredible time. Some wonderful things should be evolving out of this. And one thing I see with Neptune being opposed, this new Moon is a lot of creative work. Purva Falguni is the Nakshatra that deals with creative talent. And many times performers have this Nakshatra. Artists, performers, actors, they have the need to express themselves. So this is a time of deep, powerful self expression. And don't forget to take advantage of this. If you've been wanting to create something, whether it be a business, whether it be artwork, whether it be anything like writing, that you have to express yourself, now is the time to take that up, develop your, your skills, your talents, it will be auspicious. Auspicious meaning good results will come out of it. Very good results. So Neptune though, opposing this new moon. Neptune deals with cameras and video and hey, if you're starting to start doing some film work, something of that nature, recording things, this would be great as well. But what you' to see is a lot of new developments in the creative arts come out, such as new movies, inspirational movies, things that can really make a difference in the world, change the way we see the world. This is a beautiful new moon for new beginnings. And you will benefit greatly if you start things around this time. All of those. Many say in Vedic astrology, when a moon is new, it's too dark to really produce its results. But it is a time to plant those seeds because that's what the new moon is where the seed is underneath the ground, it's still in the darkness before it sprouts and becomes to its culmination point of productivity. That's what this new moon can produce. Now another thing is on this day, Mars does enter Virgo. And that's not altogether my favorite placement for Mars, because it does bring out disease potential. And yes, there's going to be a lot of fear.

And talk and maybe probability of lockdowns coming. But right before that, this is a window, I'm going to say, between this date of the new moon, which is September 6 to September 15, to really use this divine energy of this brand new moon that's creating something new in our world and make it for your individual selves. Because this is power. Yes, this is incredible power. And I would say for the next two weeks, things are going to be developing. Don't be afraid of all the fear that's going to be put out there.

Because even if we have to revert to being held down, be within.

Something good will come of it. Don't look at this as something bad. Something good is bound to come out of what this new moon is all about. And I know Venus being in library, that's a time to reinvent yourself, to get into beauty, to get into self expression. And those that have to express themselves by all means, take up writing, take up journaling, get those feelings out. This can be enormously healing. And when we work on ourselves on a spiritual, mental and emotional level, it's always reflects in our physical health. And even though the world is going through this transformation in the way that it looks at health and healing, you are going to get healthier and stronger by using the energy of this magnificent full moon. In Leo in the Nakshatra of Purva Falguni, which is the Nakshatra of It is an abundant Nakshatra of prosperity, wealth, and it is a time to step back and relax. Its symbol for a Purva Falguni is actually the hammock where you relax and you free yourself. Free yourself to go within and be creative. This is what this energy should be used for.
