A short YouTube forecast by Joni Patry for October 21st (new Moon day). The speaker notes a new Moon at about 4° Libra in the Nakshatra Chitra, characterizing Chitra as harsh/direct. Mars and Mercury are roughly 1° apart (no planetary war), and the Moon is approaching Mars—producing heightened hostility and conflict for the week. Libra’s theme of balance suggests realizations about the need to resolve disputes; the speaker expects a fresh-start/new-moon period with improvement over the following two weeks.

And I'm looking at October 21st. This is.
The day of the new Moon. The new Moon will occur around 4 degrees of Libra. And it's in the Nakshatra, Chitra, which is harsh and direct. But Mars and mercury are 1 degree apart from each other. They're not in planetary war anymore. But man, people are fighting and angry and hostile. That's this whole week. But the moon being in Chitra makes it even more hostile. But at least it is in Libra, although it's approaching Mars now. So Libra is not going to calm things down. And Libra's symbol is a scale, a balance. People realize things have to be balanced now. We have to. We can't continue with this kind of fighting. So, so there are many realizations coming about. But now at least we're moving into a new moon period, a new beginning, a new start. For the next two weeks, this will improve.
