Now I'm looking at October 23rd, and this is the day the Moon has moved into Scorpio. And with the moon being in Scorpio, it's debilitated. People are not totally in their right minds. They become so passionate about their feelings that they're irrational. So take that with a grain of salt of what people are doing and thinking. And The Mars Mercury, 12th from the Moon actually means that people.
