A short Vedic-astrology forecast by Joni Patry for October 29, 2024 (recorded Oct 28). The speaker reports the Moon in Virgo conjunct Ketu and placed in the Nakshatra Hasta, interprets this as a mixture of loss and an urge to grasp/hold concepts, and notes Mercury has just entered Scorpio, placing it in the third house from the Moon—therefore recommending learning, reading, and opening the mind on that day.

Looking at October 29th and the Moon is in Virgo and it will cross over in conjunct Ketu. There is a sense of loss in the world right now. People are having great difficulty with what's in the air. But the moon is in the Nakshatra Hasta, which means it's the hand grasping and holding on to things. And this can mean concepts and ideas. So it is a time, a great day for learning, exploring, getting information, reading. Because actually today Mercury just entered into Scorpio and it goes to the third house from the moon, which deals with learning and education. Take some classes, open your mind. It's a day of learning.
