Hi, I'm Joni Petrie and welcome to my YouTube channel. Well, today I want to talk about Pluto in the process that it is stationing and, and it's going to turn direct so it's going to start making some hayway into the sign of Capricorn. Now Pluto is very interesting and for the most part it's not even used in most Vedic astrology. Well, I had a problem with that. I know these three outer planets truly work to the point where during COVID I sat down and wrote a book each one and how to implement them into charts and how they really do make world predictions. And by the way, if you're truly interested in the work I've done with the outer planets, I just did an all day workshop. You can purchase the recording. It was, I have to say this, I think it was really one of the best classes I have ever done. And I mean that with my whole heart and soul. But you can go to Galactic.
And purchase the six hour workshop on Uranus, Neptune and Pluto. And it doesn't even matter if you do Western or Vedic. It's the same. These planets have the same meaning, everything. So I'm going to be talking today about Pluto. Pluto as IT stations on October 8, it's standing still approximately to degrees. Now it's you know like 1° 50 minutes or so, but it's basically rounded off. It is around 2 degrees of Capricorn. And Pluto moves so slow it takes about 244 years to go through all 12 signs. So it is a huge big deal when it changes signs which sidereally in Vedic we have, it just went into Capricorn which is transforming our government in a huge big way in the United States. And so many astrologers, Western astrologers particularly are talking about the Pluto return in the United States chart because it was about 245 years ago that the Declaration of Independence was signed for the United States, 1776. So what am I trying to say with this? Pluto right now? It's still stationing to start moving direct October 8th at 2 degrees. And what I found was.
It'S remarkable whose charts it is affecting. And this is going to have a major effect. This is going to prove my point about how important these outer planets really are, especially in world prediction. So we're going to put up the charts of two people and let me scoot over here so we can see the charts of these two people. And as we pull up their charts, we're pulling up the chart President Joe Biden and Donald Trump. Yes, Donald Trump has a degree just the same as President Biden. Notice in both of their charts.
President Biden has his Jupiter at 2 degrees of cancer.
Now notice Trump's got his Venus at 2 degrees of cancer. What is opposing both those two planets individually in each of their charts? Pluto. Pluto is at 2 degrees of Capricorn. And let me just say this. When Pluto stations, it sits at a degree marking forever. It's going to be there for a few months at 2 degrees. And what is that going to do? Well, you know, looking at Biden's chart, he has Jupiter in the ninth house and nicely exalted, I might add, with natal Pluto. Ninth house deals with the law. And boy, does this make Biden happy because Trump's Venus sits in his 12th house. What is the 12th house? Behind the scenes, things that are hidden, but it deals with prisons and confinement.
I think with this Pluto stationing here, the government, you know, Joe Biden, he says he has nothing to do with this, but he does because he wouldn't have his Jupiter at 2 degrees right there. He's probably, you know, one of the big orchestrators of this. But regardless, doesn't matter. Pluto is aspecting. Pluto is the planet of power. Major power, upheaval, transformation, change. Everything you know about the eighth house is what Pluto is all about. What is the eighth house all about? It's about scandals, secrets, research, analysis, getting to the core and the bottom of things. It deals with.
Most of all, scandalous affairs. So what do we have here? Pluto causing scandals to both these individuals? Depending on what side of the.
Law you want to be on or who you root for, you're going to be looking at this in a new way because you know they're never going to let Trump alone, not till they've gotten him to a position where he can't do anything anymore. That's where they want him. That's where they'll probably get him. Because Pluto's power, Pluto is aspecting his Venus. But most of all, his Venus sits in.
So interesting. Sits in the 12th house of confinement in prisons. But let me show you something else. If we're looking from the Moon, which I always tell all my students, you must look at planets from the Moon. It's very, very important to make the Moon the ascendant because this is how someone's feeling. So if you look at Trump and you count from where his Moon is, his Venus goes to his ninth house, counting from the Moon. So what does this tell you? Well, it pretty much tells you that Trump Feels very righteous about what's going on here and that he is going to do something from all of this calamity and craziness. It's not over yet. You're gonna see this is going to be a long, drawn out affair. It's going to take a couple of years, but I guarantee you, I think once we have transiting Jupiter, transiting into the sign of Taurus, I don't know what to expect. But it doesn't look like to me now this is a surprise. I got to say this. It doesn't look like Trump's going to stay in jail and doesn't look like he's going to stay quiet. Because if you'll just take a look at Trump's chart, noticing he has sun Rahu, Uranus all in taurus, in his 10th house of his work and his career.
What does that mean? Transiting Jupiter in 2024 and 2025 will be in his 10th house. Crossing over all those planets, you've got to take that into consideration. So I think whatever's happening now could give him fuel for his fight in the future. That's what I think I am seeing now. Going back to Biden's chart, this eclipse is very, very touching to him. His moon sits at 7 degrees of Aries and that is where the eclipse is happening at 7 degrees of Libra. Exactly opposed his moon in the 6th House of Health and healing.
And not only that.
I notice that Ketu during the time of the solar eclipse, which is October 25th, by the way, that transiting Ketu.
Will be at 19 degrees of Libra right on President Biden's Mars and Mars for his chart is his chart ruler. It rules his ascendant and his sixth house of health. He has to be careful of his health. And there is a lot coming up here. A big, big fight. Pluto's gonna give Biden power. Trust me, he's got the power. But where and how that takes him in the future. Well, I'll keep you posted. As the planets and the stars continue to move, we'll be looking at all the charts of people in the news to see see better what these cycles could be telling us. So with that, I'd like to close.
