Powerful Solar Eclipse in Astrology: Deep Revelations Will Be Revealed!

Hi, I'm Joni Petrie and welcome to my YouTube channel. Well, today I want to talk about the up and coming solar eclipse that happens December 14th. And this is a very powerful eclipse. It is going to reveal so many things that have been suppressed for so long. Remember, eclipses always bring out of the darkness something we couldn't see before. And so many people ask me why are eclipses so important when, when you're making predictions. Well, let me explain this. When we have an eclipse, it's when you bring together the sun and the moon with Rahu and Ketu. The sun and the moon are the lights.

In our solar system. In our charts they are the luminaries. And the sun is so important. It's what gives you life, it's your spirit, it's your atma that is profound.

And so much astrology in the world has been based on sun signs. Where the sun is, it is where your light is. It's where your inspiration and remember our world on planet Earth. It is so much about the sun and the moon. It's a duality. It is the male, the female, the night, the day, the dark, the light. And the moon is what illuminates the light in the nighttime. So the night is the darkness is brought to light from the moon. The moon is a receptive quality in life. It's the emotional quality. And it is the most important planet in the Vedic chart. Why? Because it directs your entire dasha sequence when things will evolve and happen in your life. The moon is that important.

So when we take the lights in the chart, the sun and the moon and we bring them together as in a full moon or a new moon. And they're tied up with the nodes Rahu and Ketu. Rahu being the north node of the moon, Ketu being the south node of the moon. This means a certain destiny, this means a certain transformational Change. And in an eclipse, the symbology that the light of both the sun and the moon are darkened, this means that you go within. There's something powerful about what will come out of the darkness. That's incredible to understand what they are symbolically representing.

So I always say when you're thinking about eclipses, you always want to go back to the last time that Rahu and Ketu were in the same signs that they are currently to better understand what it's going to mean in your personal life. And that's where we want to go with this. Because when you work with yourself within, that is such a beautiful, powerful reflection that takes place in the world. I love that. That is so profound. When you think about the power you have to change and shift things in the world by shifting yourself.

You have to realize this is where it's at. Okay, so Rahu and ketu, they take 18 and a half years to go through all 12 signs. So it was the last 18 and a half years ago that these eclipses were occurring in the same sign that they are now. So go back and think about what happened to you around the year of 2002.

What came out, what were you there to understand and what was revealed to you out of the dark to change, to work on. This is what is going to be happening in some respect for you again, because the transiting sun, moon and Rahu and Ketu, they will be in the same placements they were in 2002 right now. So what is it uncovering? What are you seeing? What are you feeling? Eclipses are powerful for bringing up emotion. Remember the moon is with the sun. A lunar eclipse is when you have a full moon, when the sun and the moon are opposite with Rahu and Ketu. And a solar eclipse is when you have the sun and the moon, a new moon when they're conjunct with either Rahu or Ketu. And it's eclipse season because we had a lunar eclipse on November 30 and two weeks later we have the solar eclipse because we go from the full moon to the new moon. Very significant. This is all about the cycles of the sun, the moon and the determinants of our destiny, which is Rahu and Ketu.

Let me talk a little bit about what this eclipse about because not only do we have the sun and the moon coming together, we have them coming together with either Rahu or Ketu. When you have a solar eclipse, this solar eclipse involves Ketu. So six months later in June, we're going to have the solar eclipse Again, there's two eclipses a year, solar eclipses that is. And they're always six months later. So there's only two a year. And this year they're falling in the full moon. Taurus, Scorpio, the new moon, Scorpio. Scorpio is so intense. You have to know that is a sign of intensity and deep seated.

Amazing realizations. This is the sign that deals with life and death. It's relative. Scorpio is the eighth sign. So it's relative to the eighth house. Which deals with what? Death and rebirth. Major transformations. It deals with the world beyond this world. What happens when we die, that's what Scorpio will teach us. And of course we have many deaths throughout our lives. Times that we feel like it was so gut wrenching, the changes we went through, that we felt like we were dying. But guess what comes out of that? A rebirth, a major transformation. Scorpio is likened to the Phoenix that dies from the ashes and is reborn. That is the power of Scorpio. So what happens always seems gut wrenching and hard. But what evolves out of it is always growth to a better perspective. And something always better comes out of that.

So that's what I can assure you of with this eclipse. Now I'm putting this chart up for the eclipse because I want you to see all that I'm talking about. And so this is the solar eclipse for December 14th. As you can see, when we talk about the eclipse degree, we're talking about where the new moon is, where the sun and the moon are exactly the, the same degree. And if you will look, that degree is 28 degrees, 59 minutes. Scorpio, that is just sitting right there pretty much at 29 degrees.

28, 29 degrees of Scorpio is what Gandanta, Gandanta planets are when.

A planet is in the very last few degrees of water or the very first degrees of fire. But I have always seen when it's in the water.

That it is so emotional. Water signs are emotional. And Gandanta means not? Yes, it means not. But my teacher always told me it represents drowning. And that's symbolic of feeling like you're out of control when you, when you're drowning. You can't get your breath. You can't grasp a hole of anything.

It's very difficult. So I want you to know that Gandanta planets are profound. And because they do symbolize drowning, it can also symbolize storms, floods, literally drowning. But figuratively it means something is about to happen in this world that will make us all feel out of control. Well, should I say is about to happen, it's happening. Look at the world, and I mean globally. Everyone's unsure of so many things with what this virus that has put our life on hold and has destroyed so many businesses.

It is profound what's happening in the world globally.

And like it or not, politics is controlling everyone's minds. Yes, people are.

Saying that one thing's one way. Another group is saying something's the other way. I'm telling you, this is going to be a major split down the middle with people's beliefs about what is right, what is wrong, what is corrupt, what is true. Everyone has a different opinion because we can't see it yet. But that is what this eclipse is, to bring out what we can't see. So I always say a lot of corruption scandals show up around the time of eclipses.

And another thing about this eclipse, I want you to note where Neptune is now. You know, I'm a big follower of the outer planets, generally not used in Vedic astrology. But because I know they work, I would never look at a chart without them. I even wrote a trilogy this year, One on Neptune, one on Uranus, and one on Pluto, because they have such an effect on the mass consciousness. They deal with the collective unconscious of the planet. So looking at where Neptune is, it is exactly at the midpoint, halfway between Rahu and Ketu.

This is sometimes called the bends. But I'm telling you, when a planet sits at the midpoint of Rahu and Ketu, especially during the time of an eclipse, it's got something to tell us. What is Neptune? Let me tell you what Neptune is. I discovered so many experiences with Neptune through all of my clients, through my own life. And it deals with deception, deceit, denial, scandals and secrets. And of course, it can ultimately be spirituality, which I think ultimately is what it will bring.

Another thing, Neptune rules. Well, besides photography and cameras and media, Think about that. That could deal with television, radio, Internet, all the media. That's Neptune. So being at the midpoint of Rahu and Ketu, it can bring things out, things we didn't see before. One more thing that Neptune rules, believe it or not, is disease. And look what it brought. Being at the midpoint of Rahu and Ketu, these are the determinants of destiny. And Neptune rules moves so slow. In 2002, we did not have Neptune at the focal point, midpoint of Rahu and Ketu. So this is another indication of secrets being uncovered. Okay? Many secrets being uncovered. Okay. And that goes for your own life too. Remember that. Another thing in this chart that I think is very telling.

Is the fact that if you look where Ketu is and ketu is at 25 degrees.

Scorpio, notice where Mercury is, 25 degrees of Scorpio. Remember this when you're trying to decipher what an eclipse is going to bring about. Look at planets that may be within a degree or two of that eclipse. We have Mercury smack dab on Ketu. And what is Ketu in Vedic astrology? Well first of all it's the south node of the moon. It's what takes us out of this world. Many times it does deal with death. Many times it does deal with spirituality from the deepest perspective. It is depth, it is what is beyond this world. It's called the Moksha Karaka in Vedic astrology. What does that mean? Moksha, spiritual liberation from this world.

So what do I surmise with the planet Mercury being next to Ketu? What does Mercury rule? Communications, education, learning, travel.

All of those things are coming under the scrutiny and the microscope. With Ketu being with Mercury now at 25 degrees of Scorpio.

The dispositing planet of this eclipse and Mercury would be Mars. Mars rules Scorpio. Right. So look where Mars goes in this chart. It's in Pisces. And towards the 21st through the 22nd of December, Mars is going to move up to Gandanta degrees, 29 degrees of Pisces.

That's Gandanta as well. So what does that mean? Further? Much emotions and fighting out of control situations. And with it being in Pisces, especially.

As the dispositing sign planet of the eclipse, wherever it is directed, tells so much about what's going on. Mars being in Pisces is about anger. Now when I look to Mars being in Pisces, that's ruled by Jupiter. So it points back to the Jupiter in Capricorn conjunct Saturn. So there's going to be some major highs and lows coming up with the economy and the stock market. It's going to be major. So there could be some lows and then some extreme highs. And surprising that there will be even a low with the prospect of them talking about the coronavirus vaccine and the stimulus. But there's going to be something that causes some shifts, especially around December 21. This is the solstice. But on December 21.

Jupiter and Saturn will exactly conjunct. And that's profound because they're also going to be lined up in declination. They are completely aligned that's incredible. Okay, so I think this is like a major shift in what, where the governments are going.

And the.

Stock market. You're going to see some big, big changes and things are going to reverse around this time. A lot is coming out. So what else do I see? Looking at that 25 degrees of Scorpio, where Ketu is in Mercury, they are in the Nakshatra called Jasta. The Nakshatras are so powerful for indications of meaning. What does this mean? Jaista, the whole mythology behind this Nakshatra deals with, well, one thing, jealousy. Because when you talk about Jaista, which was the eldest sister of the 27 nakshatras, when they are depicted in the myth of them being all sisters, the moon, which travels through a nakshatra one per day.

The moon actually travels 13 degrees, 20 minutes per day, and that is the degree marking of each Nakshatra. But in the myth, the moon spent more time in the Nakshatra that in Taurus that deals so much with sensuality, Rohini. And Rohini means the red one, but it dealt with sensuality. So Jesta, the eldest sister, became jealous, tattled on the moon Soma. And over a period of time, then the gods said, okay, we're destroying him. But the sisters felt bad, so they said, no, no, no.

Let'S vary this. So they went back in and said, okay, we will make the moon die and then come back. And that's where we have the waxing and waning moon. But going back to the mythology, jsta is so powerful, it's the eldest one. And let me tell you something else Jsta deals with, they say black magic. Now, I believe.

Black magic is, you know, I like to deal with the light. This is not energy. I like to mess with or even want to have anything to do with. I know in India there are so many people that believers in it. I'm not going to say one way or another, but when I think of Jaista, let me tell you something.

People that have strong planets in Jaista are the biggest manifestors in the world. They can make anything happen that they want. And when I was writing my book on how to make money using astrology, I looked a whole chapter about 15 billionaires. Everyone but one had powerful planets in Jaista. So my thoughts are when you focus on something, you manifest it. And that is what these individuals were capable and powerful with doing. So Jesta is this huge, explosive manifestation point of the zodiac. And here we have Mercury and Ketu. Ketu's uncovering things. Ketu goes to the depths and brings things out, its endings too. So something is going to end concerning the way communications are conducted globally. Something's got to change. Something's being uncovered from the, from the bottom and the guts of this world. It's going to be a big explosion. I promise you with a chart like this. Okay. And I always believe something good comes out of it needs to be uncovered. There are things we don't know about the eclipse occurring in Jasta plus with Mercury, it's about communications in the world. There's something that's going to be dug up and revealed. Furthermore, when I look at this chart, realize that all the planets are on one side of Rahu and Ketu. What is that? That's called the Kalasarpa yoga. And Kalasarpa means that when you're entrenched in the Karmas, people that have it in their charts have extreme events in their life. So much to the point where.

If they try to tell people about their life, people don't believe it. They think they're exaggerating and they're not.

It's just over the top. What happens with Kalasarpa yoga is any of the yogas within a chart, Raja dhana will be 10 times more powerful. It just magnifies everything. But one thing I have found about those that have Kalasarpa yoga is when they get to the pits and the bottom of things which their lives has major highs and major lows, they always bounce back to something greater and better and more powerful than before. Even though they can be at the pits in the bottom of their whole life. That's what it does.

So the Kalasarpa yoga means there is a major destiny that's about to be fulfilled. And this Kalasarpa yoga will be in effect for quite some time. Some time, yes. And it's just starting up again with this eclipse now. The Kalasarpa yoga. Yes. Every two weeks the moon will leave the Kalasarpa yoga and then return every two weeks. But still you've got all the planets entrenched in this Karma. The world is about to go through a major, major change that a lot of people aren't going to be able to understand.

Want to understand.

But it's going to reveal some things that bring truth out. And when the truth is revealed, we are healed. We are.

There is going to be a healing on this planet that needs to happen and it's coming. And I see this clearly in this chart. Whether I know exactly what this truth is that's coming out. I'm not saying I do. But I know something deep and dark is being purged because of the sign Scorpio, the sign Jaista.

And where Neptune is, where Mars goes as Mars is the trigger. Let me just say this. As Mars comes into Aries on the 24th of December, that's going to be a major trigger of where things aren't in the dark as much. Because, you know, Pisces is the last sign of the zodiac. It's like endings. Things are coming to an end with Mars being there. But now that Mars is moving forward into Aries, now we're going to get some traction and finally move forward on all these things that were.

Really affecting the world. The coronavirus, the presidential elections, all of those things are. There's stuff being brought to the surface.

Everything.

The truth heals. And when we know what's wrong, then we can work on it. It's just like disease. You can't heal yourself if you don't know what you're working on. So. So a lot of things are going to be uncovered and then we can heal. That's going to be wonderful. I have great aspirations about what is unfolding over the next few years. So another thing is, you know, don't forget this Jupiter Saturn conjunction on the 21st. They are occurring at sun, 6 degrees of Capricorn. Now, that was the exact degree that Mars and Saturn hit.

6 degrees of Capricorn, March 31. What happened that day, the stock market plummet and then it rose. As I said, it will rise quickly. And it did. And you're going to find there's going to be some similarities because some of the things that are going to hit the news are going to change directions in possibly the economy. And this could be, you know, coronavirus, whatever. All of these things are surfaced very, very, very soon. And I'm not saying I know exactly what they are, but I do know it's going to be healing. And that's the hope that I can leave with everyone. The coronavirus in 2021 will be pretty much gone. It's. We are not going to be like this forever. We're almost at the end. This eclipse tells us we're almost at the end. I will say this. When Mars does leave Aries and goes into Taurus with Rahu between February 22.

And April 13, watch how everything comes to exposure, because then Mars is triggering the eclipse degrees. And that's going to be another event that I will keep you posted with in future YouTubes. So for now, let's go within. Let's see what the eclipse has to tell you about your own life.
