Hi, I'm Joni Petrie and welcome to my YouTube channel. Well, today I want to talk about something that's been fascinating to me for a long time and that is the planet Neptune and how it really does describe certain things that go on in people's lives. I. I've written an entire book on Neptune and the three outer planets. I have a book on each of the outer planets. Uranus, Neptune and Pluto. You can find those on my website. Go to books. And most of all, I have a brand new book that's just come out called Astrologer Secrets My Best Tools and Techniques. And then I, I include the interesting things in my new book as well. Concerning the fascinating things that these outer planets can bring. They're astounding. So one thing I want to point out to you is to prove my point about Neptune. Well, my point will be proven over time with Neptune, with this particular scenario. But I think you'll find it interest as interesting as I do. And the chart I want to bring up right now is the chart for Prince Harry. So let's put his chart up here. And I've analyzed this chart for you before. But there's so many fascinating things in his chart, particularly the fact that he has Mars, Uranus and Ketu all in Scorpio in his 12th house. Now the 12th house is the house of loss. And of course as a very young child he lost his mother suddenly and it was a tragedy. And that's pretty much what that combination would reveal in the 12th House of Loss, Uranus, sudden unexpected events and Mars being violence and car wrecks and accidents. It's here.
I guarantee you, with them being in his 12th house, it is part of his subconscious. And I want to say that probably there's many times that he has not slept well because the 12th house can deal with sleep and being agitated or subconscious mind. That has to be the case for any child that is lost a parent or someone suddenly and it's pretty much changed the life dramatically. But the most important thing I want to look at today is how Prince Harry is under a spell. So I think you'll find this interesting and I think my point will be proven out over time because bringing up his chart, his sun sits at 29 degrees of LEO. Why is that significant? Because over the course of the past few years, Neptune transiting Neptune in the sky has been hovering around 28 and 29 degrees Aquarius, exactly opposite where the natal sun sits. So I always say Neptune means you can't see something for what it really Is it represents fog, deception, illusion. And when this transit happens, remember it's not a rare transit. I mean it is a rare transit. What am I saying? It is rare. It takes like 160 some odd years for Neptune to go all 12 signs of the zodiac. So some of us will never experience what Neptune over our sun or opposed our sun will be like in a lifetime and it hovers and stays there for about two years. So right now Neptune sits at 29 degrees of Aquarius and his son is at 29 degrees of Leo. By the way, anyone that is born around his birthday has this aspect going on I'd say around September. Well, I'd say September 14th through the 18th. If anybody has that birthday, that means the sun sits right there around 28, 290 degrees and 1 degree. Well.
2829 degrees of Leo, 0 and 1 degree of Virgo. And and Neptune's about to shift into Pisces where it will oppose those early degrees of Virgo as well. So just bear in mind if you have that these birthdays and most specifically tightening it up, September 15th through the 18th, you are prone to not seeing things clearly. Like a spell is cast over you because with that birth date your son is going to be in the last degrees of Leo or the first degrees of Virgo, but another birth date to look out for. So perk up, pay attention here. If you're born around the 15th through the 17th of March, that means Neptune's conjunct, your son, your sun will be somewhere around 28, 29 degrees of Aquarius or 0 or 1 degree of Pisces. That means Neptune is going to be on your sun or it has been on your sun for the past couple of years. So be aware, you need to be cognizant of this. You can't see things clearly. And so my whole point with this is his son which sits in his ninth house and it is very, it is with Mercury which rules his seventh house of the marriage partner sits in the ninth house of the truth.

Of the law of what's going. I mean this is what we believe the ninth house is our belief systems. And Neptune is aspecting his son. And I think because Mercury's with the sun, ruler of the seventh, he is very much influenced by his partner.
And here's the thing, Neptune is there right now. He can't see it. But as soon as Neptune starts to move away.
Into Virgo, let's say in a couple of years, he's going to wake up from that spell and he's going to think, what was I thinking?
Because regardless whether, you know, they remain in love or everything is hunky dory between he and Megan.
He'S going to change his mind. Because when Neptune leaves a degree portion of the zodiac.
The influence of being under the spell of Neptune is lifted. I am positive of this. As a matter of fact, I happen to note his dashas. And dashas are the predictive tool we use in Vedic astrology, aside from the transits that we're just talking about with Neptune's transit. And By March of 2024, this is a ways away, so it's not going to be lifted right away. Between March of 2024 till March of 2025, he will be in Rahu Maha dasha, Mars bhakti, Mars sub cycle. So these two planets will play out heavily in his chart during that time. And here's a. Here is a very interesting tool that I have learned from studying astrology. Whenever you go into the grand cycle of a planet and the sub cycle meaning the bhukti goes to the seventh house from the grand cycle and that the.
The sub cycle planet is a natural malefic, that there's a breakup of a relationship. So he's going to be in Rahu Mars. And if you will take note of where Rahu sits in his sixth house, look where Mars is exactly opposite his Rahu, seventh from Rahu. And Mars is a natural malefic. So in that window of time, his dashas predict a very, very difficult time in relationships. Also in that time, Neptune's spell will have worn off and he will wake up thinking, how did I think this? Why would I say this, this or that or the other? Whatever he's saying now, he will wake up and he will see things more clearly. Now hopefully this doesn't cause any horrible breakups or problems. But I'm just telling you what I know of astrology. Mark my words. This is what I'm seeing. And I've seen this produce its effects many, many times in astrology. The dasha ruling planet, I mean the dasha the sub cycle being in opposition and the sub cycle planet which is his. Mars being a natural malefic causes major problems in relationships, not to mention his Mars is also in the 12th House of Losses. Another thing to always look for when you're looking at relationships in astrology. I know, you know, I tell everyone to look at the seventh house and the seventh house ruler.
But you must always remember to look at the seventh house from the moon whenever you're assessing a relationship in someone's life.
And his moon sits in Aries. And I must tell you, right now, as we speak, his dasha is Rahu moon. And the transit of Rahu is in Aries right now. So Rahu is transiting, has been transiting over his natal moon causing all sorts of distortion and conflict. And I gotta say, the moon is the mind. And whenever Rahu afflicts the moon, people are paranoid. They have a paranoid thought process. Hope you can follow me with this. But in other words, with his moon, natal moon in Aries, the, the eclipses have been happening in Aries and Libra. And therefore the transit of Ketu is in Libra right now till the end of November of 2023. And Ketu is in the seventh house from his natal moon. With Rahu and Ketu, they're always exactly opposite. So Rahu's on his natal moon, but Ketu seventh from his natal moon and, and Ketu crossed over his natal Saturn. He has Saturn in the seventh house from the moon. And that's very important. There's been a feeling of loss and difficulty. And yes, he feels his marriage partner has been.
A victim of all sorts of attacks. He's there to support and protect her.
But I'm telling you this, Neptune is the key to understanding what's actually happening with someone. Whenever Neptune is aspecting a natal planet, there's a spell cast on that person. If transiting Neptune's on your Venus or any of your planets, look out, you may not be seeing things clearly. He's not seeing things clearly.
And he should not do anything.
Radical that can change his life or things he may regret later. Because once Neptune's moved away in about a year or two, he's going to wake up from the illusion, from the spell that Neptune has cast, his natal sun. Remember, the sun is who you are. The sun is our spirit, our life force, it's our personality, it's our fire. And Neptune is exactly opposed to sun right now. So we will have to keep tabs on this. Mark my words, from the time frame that I looked at the Dasha and the time that the Neptune spread spell wears off, we'll see a different Prince Harry, I'm sure. So with that, I'd like to close.
