A short Vedic astrology forecast for Scorpio by Joni Patry (YouTube). The speaker interprets Mars in Scorpio's 11th house as causing friction with friends or an eldest sibling—advising patience as conflicts are not life-changing. Saturn in the 5th house is linked to reduced creativity, feeling stuck or an emptiness regarding children (possible absence or greater attention needed).

Scorpio, then this means that Mars is in your 11th house, which is the house of friends and friendship, which means your friends are not being very nice to you right now. And the 11th house is also the eldest sibling, which can mean that they're a problem or an issue for you at this time. They're very contentious and not agreeable. Remember to take it easy with your friends. They may attack you, but it's okay. It's not a life changing event. Now Saturn is in your fifth house and you're not feeling as creative as usual. You're feeling a little stuck. Just give it some time, it'll come back. But if you have children, you might find that they need your attention more than normal. But then again, usually when Saturn's in your fifth house, it can mean that they're not around. Maybe you're an empty nester or maybe they're away for.
A trip, but you're going to feel a void or an emptiness when it comes to your children.
