Short Vedic astrology forecast (spoken by Joni Patry) for September 18: the Moon moves into the Nakshatra Swati (in Libra), described as ruled by Rahu and symbolized by a blade of grass; the speaker interprets this placement as favoring conciliatory, wind-driven communication and peace-making, with a political/pragmatic tendency to tell people what they want to hear.

September 18, the moon will be in Libra and it's going to move into the Nakshatra called Swati. Swati is an intense Nakshatra ruled by Rahu. But Swati's symbol is a blade of grass. It kind of blows with the wind. So, you know, wherever the conversation goes, people will be led that way just to make peace. So Swati is a good Nakshatra for communications. It's just there's a little bit of a political type viewpoint where whatever the wind blows, they'll go in order to make peace and just to tell people what they want to hear.
