The Complete Guide to Venus in Vedic Astrology — Combustion, Retrograde & All 12 Signs

Well, today I want to talk about relationships from the deepest, darkest perspective of those of you that might feel like your relationships never seem to work out. What could this be caused from? And I've got some very important information to reveal to you about this. It is called Venus combusts the Sun, and combustion is when a planet is too close to The sun burns it up. Just think about this. You can't— I mean, if anything gets too close to the sun, it just completely disintegrates it. But think about this, you can't look at the sun without it hurting your eyes. It's too bright. So when a planet gets too close to the sun, it burns it. That's what combustion means. It's burnt, it's weakened, it's somewhat destroyed. And And Mercury is actually not affected by the Sun. Here's why. It's always close to the Sun. Most of us have Mercury in the same sign as the Sun, and technically, when you're talking about a combust planet to the Sun, it's in the same sign as the Sun. But trust me, the closer it gets, the more extreme. Even the effect of what we call cazimi— cazimi is when a planet is The same degree as the Sun. It means that planet becomes one with the Sun, but it's too much. Yes, it can be an extreme in a positive light because the Sun emits the rays of that planet, they become one, but it still distracts that planet in some huge powerful way. So it will be extreme. I find that people that have a planet that's cazimi with the Sun, one extreme of that planet is off the chart charts, but another one is lacking. We're going to go through that with Venus. So if you have any planet too close, and I'm not including Rahu and Ketu, of course the Moon is what causes lunations. It's not part of this because the Moon with the Sun would be a new moon. That is not combustion. So what am I talking about? I'm talking about the planets Mercury, Venus, Jupiter, Saturn, and Mars. Those are the planets I'm talking about. So if you have Mars combust the Sun, too close to the Sun, then everything that Mars is about will be off the charts in some way and sort of like disabled— your courage, your strength, your mobility. But there's anger issues when Mars is too close to the Sun. Saturn too close to the Sun, there's a lack of discipline and focus. and organizational ability that Saturn has. Mercury doesn't really count, but if you have Mercury cazimi the Sun, these people are brilliant, but in some way they're off in another— too much energy in one way. So that leads us back to Jupiter. Jupiter combusts the Sun, it can weaken the spiritual tendencies of Jupiter, it can weaken the ability to To expand and make things brighter or happier. It just depletes some of Jupiterian energy. But let's get back to the main focus of this video, which is Venus combusts the Sun. Venus rules relationships, bottom line, and when it is too close to the Sun, it can destroy relationships. I've even found that when it's cazimi, it's way too much. So people with Venus cazimi the Sun, meaning the Sun and Venus are the same degree, they can be mega wealthy, but relationships are off. And here's what I consider with the problem with relationships. Relationships are so important in our life, and I'm talking love, our commitment to someone, marriage. Relationships— when Venus is too close to the Sun, that means we left off in our past life Unfinished business in the area of relationships, and we came here in this lifetime to heal it. So when you have Venus combust the Sun— and here's the combustion that's the worst— between 0 and 10 degrees. Yes, it can be 15 degrees away from the Sun and it still will have the effects, but not near as strong within the 10 degrees. And the closer, the more intense. If it's 3 degrees away from the Sun, it is so combust. You will know what I'm talking about. And here is what I'm talking about. If there's an early relationship in your life, 9 times out of 10, it won't work out. And this is what will taint you for the rest of your life concerning your feelings about relationships. They left you. They hurt you. They betrayed you. They weren't there when you needed them. These effects will stick with you, and it will taint you in the way that you feel about future relationships. But chances are you will overcome it, and relationships will work out later. But just remember this: Venus combusts— Venus, yes, combusts the Sun will damage and harm early relationships. They They won't. And maybe an early marriage doesn't work out. That's Venus, which rules relationship, combust the Sun. Now, another variable about Venus I wanted to talk about is Venus retrograde. And if you have Venus retrograde in your birth chart, it usually means you don't feel like you get the love that you need and deserve in this life. It's sort of like It's a karmic issue you brought with you from a past life. Retrograde planets deal with karmic issues from the past, so you feel like there's a loss in the area of relationships. It's quite difficult— lack of love. But it doesn't mean that you won't fall in love and have a meaningful relationship. There's just something missing when Venus is retrograde. But another variable I want to talk about is Venus is about to go retrograde this year. It will actually go retrograde October 3rd, and then it will stay retrograde till November 13th. And with this, it's going to stay for a much longer period of time in 2 signs that it goes back and forth. So it's going to turn retrograde October 3rd at 14 degrees of Libra. And then it will turn direct November 13th at 28 degrees of Virgo. So it's going to mainly be in Libra. So it will— and then once it travels back— so it's going to be in Virgo exactly from November 5th to the 21st, and then it'll be back in Libra, which is great for Venus, between November 21st and January 1st. So, but here's the thing. When Venus is retrograde— and once again, I'm talking about from October 3rd to November 13th— people from the past can come back. If there's unquieted or love that you didn't get closure with, they could come back to complete The process. But if there is nobody that you feel like you want to go back and complete any processes with, during this time you will have thoughts and reckonings within your mind about relationships from the past and what went wrong. But most of all, what you're working on is how to heal it. You are working on healing relationships, so it will come up in your mind about what you experienced and what you learned from it so that you never make those mistakes again. And even if you're in a healthy relationship, I promise you, you're still going to be thinking about what happened before because this was an important lesson in your life and you're going through learning this lesson. And it heals relationships. Venus is all about relationships. So if you're single and there's no one you want back in your life, you will be thinking about the things that happened that were difficult in previous relationship or ships, and you will understand all the red flags, everything you went through, because now You're ready for a healing relationship. This is Venus retrograde. But most of all, what I wanted you to get out of this lesson is people that have Venus combust the Sun are here to really learn about relationships. They came in with a pattern from the past that Now they're ready to heal, and they will. But isn't it interesting how we bring these karmas in? Venus is so significant with this, and that the Sun has burnt it and overwhelmed it and taught us so much about what's lacking, what was missing, and what we needed to learn through Relationships. This is Venus combust the Sun. Now I want to go through all of the signs that Venus can be in to tell you more about your love, who you're with, who you're attracted to, and what lessons you went through according to the sign. So if you have Venus in Aries, you are attracted to the athletic one, the ones that are the pioneers, that are the new starters, the builders. That aren't afraid to do new things in life, that are the initiators in life and in action. You love the action-packed scenario of this person. If your Venus is in Taurus, it's in its own sign of rulership. You love people that are soft, kind, that appreciate beauty And very sensual, very sexual, and very much into the finer aspects and things of life and even animals and nature. If your Venus is in Gemini, then you have to have somebody that's funny, that's fun, that you can talk to, that you can relate to, have a great conversation with, and that they will have a spirit of youthfulness and fun-spirited, but most of all, you appreciate their sense of humor and their intelligence. If you have Venus in Cancer, then you're looking for somebody that gives you security, a good home life, a sense of respect so that you can have a home, you can have family, you can bring people together. Somebody that's very emotional and sensitive to your feelings and supports you in an emotional way. If you have your Venus in Leo, then you're looking for somebody that's a leader, somebody that's strong, determined, can take charge, and really can lead you in so many ways, that they're powerful, they're They're leaders, and most of all, that they will be successful and very loyal. If you have Venus in Virgo, then you're going to attract somebody that's hypercritical, and you can be too critical. Just look for— let it roll, open your heart, don't be so focused on the minor problems or details. Let it roll. But it can be somebody that's hypercritical and, and so concerned about detail that they miss the big picture of everything. So Venus in Virgo is probably the more difficult placement for love and romance because there's too much scrutiny involved. If you have Venus in Libra, then this is one of the most beautiful placements for for love, commitment, relationship, harmony, peace. Someone that really wants to make relationships work, and they're attractive, they're charming, they're graceful, they have etiquette, they have social skills. If you have Venus in Scorpio, then you're drawn to those that are very passionate, intense, Emotional, profound, deep, want to know things beyond this world, but most of all passionate and very sexual. If you have Venus in Sagittarius, then you love somebody that loves adventure and travel and has the same beliefs and philosophies as you do and just loves to travel, go to events, sporting events, and do fun things together. But most of all, they have to have the same belief systems as you do. So if your Venus is in Capricorn, then you're looking for somebody that is hardworking, has a career, is successful, down to earth, but very, very ambitious, and will give you a sense of security through their, their powerful, strong work ethic and taking care of you. If your Venus is in Aquarius, then this means that you love the person who is a humanitarian, smart, intellectual, very communicative, high-minded, but most of all that loves social events and has many friends. And you can join together in all sorts of social events and parties and great activities with other people. They will know very important and powerful people. If your Venus is in Pisces, this is its exaltation sign, then you're drawn to somebody that's compassionate, sympathetic, healing, generous, and, and most of all, very feeling and loves the arts. Loves to be creative, loves to make relationships work. And most of all, they can even love small animals, but they're very feeling sensitive and emotional, and that's who you are looking for in a relationship.
