Short video by Joni Patry contrasting Western (tropical) astrology with Vedic (sidereal) astrology. The speaker notes her birthday and explains that although November 8 appears as Scorpio in Western/tropical astrology, the soul essence for that date (sidereal/Vedic) is Libra. The speaker frames herself as a Vedic astrologer focusing on soul/essence via sidereal positions.

In the last video about the lunar eclipse that that's happening November 8th, I mentioned it's my birthday. Almost everyone said fellow Scorpio. Okay. Western astrology, yes, tropical astrology. November 8th is Scorpio. Okay? And I do believe with western tropical astrology, it does really talk about our personality and traits. But the Soul Essence of November 8th is Libra. So I want you to know you're a fellow Libra, the sun in Libra for November 8th. I'm a Vedic astrologer that looks at the soul and essence of the chart by looking at the sidereal positions. They're the true positions according to the stars.
