In this YouTube lesson, Vedic astrologer Joni Patry teaches viewers about Raja Yoga—a powerful planetary combination that links a house of power (the angles/kendras: 1st, 4th, 7th, 10th) with a house of luck (the trikonas: 1st, 5th, 9th). She explains that while a single Raja Yoga is relatively common, having the same angle‑trine combination present when the chart is viewed from three different ascendants—the natal ascendant, the Moon‑ascendant, and the Sun‑ascendant—creates a rare “triple” Raja Yoga that she claims guarantees extreme wealth and influence. Patry demonstrates the concept using the birth chart of Bernard Arnault, the French luxury‑goods magnate, highlighting a Venus‑Sun pairing that fulfills the triple Raja Yoga criteria across all three ascendant perspectives. She argues that this configuration explains Arnault’s meteoric rise to the top of the world’s richest‑person list, despite the lack of obvious success indicators elsewhere in his chart. The video concludes with a promotional invitation to enroll in her University of Vedic Astrology for deeper study.

Hi, I'm Joni Patry, and welcome to my YouTube channel. Now, if you really want to learn astrology, I'm going to give you something That is the very, very best thing you can have in your chart that will assure you great success. Now you're going to have to follow me through a chart to find this answer, but I guarantee you, if you have this in your chart, you will have extreme success. Now you won't be able to see it right away, but I'm going to teach you how to see it. So stick in here and follow me through. You will find the most— and the most exciting, but the best thing you can have in your chart. So what is it? I'm talking what's called Raja Yoga. And Raja Yoga is actually not that rare, but what is rare is when you have it from 3 different ascendants in your chart. And what I'm talking about is we're going to be looking at a chart from your ascendant, from your moon making it the ascendant, and the sun making it the ascendant. So this is a deep and powerful concept— Raja Yoga. Raja means king, and raja means power. When you find if you have this Raja Yoga, well, first of all, you gotta know your houses in astrology. Now remember this: I teach Vedic astrology. I have a university called the University of Vedic Astrology, and if you want to take this to the very next level after listening to this class, go to my university and become my student. UniversityofVedicAstrology.com. But let me Let me inform you of what a Raja Yoga is. I'm going to show you in a chart in a minute. Let me just spew out what I'm talking about. It's when you look at the planets ruling the signs, right? The planets rule the signs, and therefore the signs that are on your 12 houses— whatever sign is on each house, the planet that rules that sign rules that house. So pay attention, stick with me here. So if you look at houses 1, 5, and 9, those are the houses of luck. And if you look at the houses 1, 4, 7, and 10, these are the powerhouses. They're called the angles or kendras, but these are the power. But the 5, and 9 houses and the planets that rule these houses give luck and opportunities, whereas the planets that rule 1, 4, 7, and 10 will bring great power and success. So if you haven't noticed so far, the 1st house is both luck and power. So it's an angle And we call the 1, 5, and 9 houses the triconals, but we can just keep it the houses of luck, right? So if you have 2 planets together and/or they're opposed to each other, but we're going to look at 2 planets together, and one planet owns a 1, 4, 7, or 10, the angle, and the other planet is Owns 1, 5, and 9. You got to have a combination of the, the house of luck and the house of power, and this gives a Raja yoga with 2 planets. So they could even be difficult planets, but if they rule these houses, the whole energy changes. And if you have this Raja yoga In the chart from the ascendant, that's one. But if you have it in the chart from the moon as ascendant, that's 2. And if you have it from the sun as the ascendant, that's all 3. And this will assure great power, great success. And it's very rare. I mean, many people have Raja Yoga from one of those But not all 3. Let me show you a chart that has all 3, and you will understand this person is wildly successful. Some of you may not even know who he is, but I want to tell you who— what he has accomplished. I think it was the year before last, or maybe 2 years ago, he was the richest man in the world, beat out Elon Musk. But Elon's taken over again. Who am I talking about? Bernard Arnault. And he has all of the beautiful things in life. He's French and he has like Louis Vuitton, he has all of the— well, not all of them, but most of the luxury brands in Paris. Including champagne, Chandon. He owns all of this. And when you look at his chart, I guarantee you, you won't see what this Raja yoga from the ascendant predicts. So let me scoot over here and we're going to pull up his chart. I'm going to show you what I'm talking about, and I promise you, if you have this in your chart You can expect great success as well. So putting up his chart, Bernard, here is where I'm going to go with this. Go to his 7th house where he has Venus, Sun, and Mars. This is going to be the focus. And let me just tell you right away, it is the Venus-Sun that gets Raja Yoga from all 3 ascendants. So if you look at the Sun, the Sun rules the 1st house. It can be counted as the angle or the trine, the powerhouse or the luck house. It can be either one. So the Sun— now we're looking at it from the ascendant. So the Sun rules the 1st house from the ascendant, and Venus rules the 10th house from the Ascendant. So remember, we're going to use the Ascendant as the triconal, the luck one, because it can be used either way. It's kind of like the wild card. It can be used for the power of the angle or the luck of the triconal. So the Sun rules the triconal, the luck, and Venus rules the 10th An angle. So from the Ascendant, that Venus Sun— and by the way, Venus rules luxury items, Venus rules beauty, and that's what he is known for. Now let's go to the Moon and make the Moon the Ascendant. Therefore, this Venus Sun counting from the Moon will arrive at the 11th house. And by the way, the 11th house deals with great gains, large sums of money that come all at once. So that's just in and of itself with this Mars-Sun-Venus. But let's talk about what house Venus rules in terms of if it's going to create Raja Yoga. So Venus from Aries as the ascendant Rules. Well, let's just let me just show you. It rules the seventh house from the moon. So the seventh house is an angle, right? And what house does the sun rule? One, two, three, four, five. It rules the fifth, which is the luck house, the triconal. So Venus rules the sun rules the fifth, and Venus rules the seventh. From the Moon. Now the third one, let's go to the Sun. We're going to make the Sun the first house. So looking at the Sun here, the Sun rules the 7th house from itself, right? We're looking at the Sun as the first house, so it rules the 7th house in angle. What does Venus rule? Venus rules the 4th and the 9th, so the 9th house is the luck house, the triconal. So we have once again the ruler of the 7th is with the ruler of the 9th, an angle and a trine. The Venus-Sun gives the triple Raja yoga, which I believe is the main culprit of why this man is one of the richest men in the world. And if you just look at his chart off the cuff, you're looking at Jupiter and Mercury in the 6th house. You're not looking at any planets in the 10th house. You're not looking at any planets per se in the 2nd house, not including Neptune. I mean, there's just nothing here That predicts this kind of success and wealth. And I guarantee you, this is the triple Raja yoga from the ascendant, the moon, and the sun. If you have this, I promise you great success in this life. But you gotta understand astrology to see if you have this. And it's not as hard as you think. So once again, I'm going to say, if this has inspired you to learn astrology, go to my university website, universityofvedicastrology.com. Thank you.
