Hi, I'm Joni Petrie and welcome to my YouTube channel. Well, today I'm going to look at a chart that we finally have the birth time. For so long, no one knew the time of birth for Hillary Rodden Clinton. Even during the elections, all the astrologers came out with all these times and none of them were correct. Now we have the birth time because Once somebody turns 75 years old, guess what? Your birth time could be commonplace and could be received or gotten from those that are doing any kind of genealogical research. So the cat's out the bag. We have Hillary's birth time. And so I'm going to put her chart up here. And it's so surprising because so many people have thought that she was a Scorpio rising, that she had, you know, all these different times. No one had it right. So let's look at Hillary's chart and see what we can surmise about her and maybe a little bit about the future. You know, it's interesting. Here I am doing her chart and she's not even running for office. Surprise, surprise. That's the time that everyone was looking at her chart. But let's go ahead, put up Hillary's chart right here. And as you can see, she was born October 2026, 1947. Yes, she's 75. So that's why we could retrieve this data. And the birth time is 6:45pm Chicago, Illinois. Now, with this, we have Taurus as her ascendant. No, it's not Scorpio, it is Taurus. And this chart speaks volumes about her life and who she is, because the chart ruling planet for Taurus is Venus. And Venus goes politely to the sixth house.
Of struggles, of healing, health, work, work, ethic. Venus being in Libra, Let me just say Venus in Libra is very political, if I could say, because Venus in Libra is going to be all about society and what to do, what not to do. She's been groomed.
To know what to do and how to say it because she's got three planets in Libra in the sixth house. Her son, her Venus and her Mercury. And yes, her son is in Libra, which is debilitated. So, you know, a debilitated sun in the sixth house. She struggles a lot and she's worked hard to get to where she is. And let me just say this, this is really, really important. Realize that Libra is the sign of politics. Yes, you could say Aquarius and Leo are as well. But Libra, remember, what is the symbol for Libra? It's the scale. And therefore it deals with judge and rulership. And you would think she would have more planets in the ninth house because the ninth house is the house of the legal profession. Don't forget, Hillary started out as a lawyer before she went totally into politics. And if you look at the chart from Chandra Lagna, meaning making the Moon the Ascendant, there you get the Jupiter Ketu. And in the ninth house, which would represent the legal profession that she's in always, I tell all my students, you have to look at a chart not only from the rising sign, the Ascendant, and remember, I tell everyone to do so every time I say, listen to your sign for the monthly predictions. Not only do you listen to the Ascendant, which is your rising sign based on your time of birth, but you always look from the Moon because that's going to be how somebody truly is feeling about things. And that is so important, right? So Jupiter with Ketu sits in her seventh house, which is her husband. She has. Her husband was president, very famous. But Jupiter, by the fact that it rules the eighth house and sits in the seventh with Ketu, she went through a very difficult time dealing with her husband because, you know, through all the disgrace of the Monica Lewinsky case, she stuck by him and I'm sure she was very humiliated, stuck by him and kept her mouth shut. This is whenever you have planets connected to the seventh house of marriage and the eighth house of disgrace and humiliation. Now, even when I look at the chart from the Moon.
Then you go to the seventh house, which is the opposite house from the Moon, which is Virgo. Virgo's the opposite sign from where her Moon sits in Pisces. Right? So if you look at it even from Chandra Lagna, you will find that Mercury rules the seventh house, but it goes to the eighth house. So you see, once again, seventh house of marriage partner goes to the eighth house of disgrace and humiliation. Very, very difficult. And in this chart she has Sun, Mercury and Venus in the eighth house from the Moon. And this can deal with a lot of disgrace and problems which you have to say she has endured, you know, the losses of the presidential election as well as her husband's disgrace that she went through when he was president.
So also when you look at where her Mars and Saturn sit in her chart, which is in her third house of communications, well, I can't help but notice too that Pluto is with Mars exactly 21 degrees and Saturn sits there. Now, anyone that has a Saturn, Mars conjunction will always be driven. And the third house is drive in ambition. And to have Mars there, even though it's even debilitated, is huge because she is driven. But one thing for those of you who are seasoned astrologers and know about the Navamshire chart, let me just tell you this. Mars, Rahu and Pluto are in Capricorn. So Mars goes from its debilitation sign to its exaltation sign in the Navamsha. The Navamsha is who we're always developing into, who we are becoming, right? So later in life, she became more powerful, more shrewd, more.
You know, work ethic. But it's in the eighth house in the Navamsha. So there's a lot of corruption that surrounds her and things that have gone on in her life. But going back to Mars and Saturn in the third house, it's all about the way she communicates, right? And the way she communicates is shrewd to the point, and gutsy. Yes, this woman has courage galore and guts, but it is in cancer. You know, she puts up a hard shell, but she is definitely more sensitive than appears on the surface. And with Taurus rising, going back to the ascendant, Rahu is in the first house. Her life is faded with extremes of ups and downs. With Rahu in the first, Ketu in the seventh, her destiny from the past life, from her past, comes from her husband. Ketu's in the seventh house, even with Jupiter. And even though for Taurus rising, Jupiter is not the best planet because it rules the eighth house, it still is Jupiter. And she couldn't have gotten where she is without her husband. Now her moon sits in the 11th house in Pisces. The 11th house is the house that deals with groups, friends, organizations, and most of all, humanity. And she wants to rule and be a spokesperson for the country. And she was the Secretary of state too. So she has done so much in the area of what politics, humanity. Moon being in the 11th house, that's a house of humanity. So you can see. But the most important thing about her is how she is courageous, very shrewd, very gutsy. We'll tell it like it is.
Never give up. Because Mars and Saturn, whenever they are together, let me remind everyone that individual never gives up till the very, very end, till they cannot, they cannot do anything anymore. So we haven't seen the end, I believe, of Hillary Clinton. She will not give up or go away. So looking at this, you know, I think it's very interesting. In the year that she ran For President, in 2016.
Rahu and Ketu were transiting in the heavens, Ketu was in Aquarius and Rahu was in Leo. And if you place them in this chart, K2 is generally losses. It deals with depleting things. It's like losses, a drain. And with it being transiting her 10th house in 2016, that could have equated to realizing that she would not win that election. A little too late right now to see that. But nobody had her birth time. And to be honest with you, nobody even knew where her moon sign was because on that day it could have been in Aquarius or Pisces, but it's in Pisces. This chart tells the story of Hillary's life. I just wanted to touch base on that very briefly. I didn't want to go into great, great detail.
