Short monologue-style astrology forecast for Aquarius in November, focusing on three practical areas: health (Mars in the sixth house encouraging exercise and breaking negative patterns), workplace dynamics (heightened contention and potential undermining by coworkers/employees), and spirituality/travel (a new moon in the ninth house bringing new spiritual ideas and possible planning for future trips).

Aquarius, then this means that Mars is in your sixth house and you might find that you are motivated in a big way to exercise, get out, be active, and change some old negative health patterns.
In the workplace. You might find a lot of contention. Co workers seem to work against you and employees seem to undermine you. Be aware of conflict in the workplace.
The new moon will set place in your ninth house, and the ninth house is the house that deals specifically with spirituality and truth. So you have new thoughts, new ideas about your spirituality and or you might be planning some new trips for the future.
