The Truth About "Bad" Signs and What Your Chart Really Reveals

Hi, I'm Joni Patry, and welcome to my YouTube channel. Well, if you want to know what signs are most likely to cheat, then Listen up. Okay, so I do sidereal astrology. I'm a Vedic astrologer. And so many people— well, just about everyone— they're going to be thinking their Western signs, and they're always thinking about the sun sign. And, you know, as a real astrologer, this is It's so foolish to think that there's one sun sign that's always going to cheat, or there's one moon sign, whatever. You are your whole chart as an astrologer. You're not just a moon or a sun sign, especially a Western sun sign. This is ridiculous nonsense. But you know, this is the kind of stuff that people are looking for all over the internet. And on YouTube. So let me give you a little bit of what I think, how you can figure this out. I'm not going to leave you hanging there with no information at all, but I do want you to know how ridiculous these kind of videos are. They're not real astrology. Astrology is a science, Guy. It's not just something to play with and laugh at. It's not. And here's another thing. You can find like the negative qualities of a sign, but there's also a positive side to every sign. Every sign has its negative and positive, and some people are the negative and some are the positive. And we have a choice. This is the most important thing for you to know. We can always choose through self-improvement. And that is everything as to why I'm an astrologer, to help people change and improve themselves. But to really talk about how you can tell if a sign is negative or positive, it's going to really have a lot to do with the deeper aspects of other planets reflecting onto certain planets, but most of all, the houses. The houses are everything, I say, in astrology. And it's like, if you're gonna find Who is dishonest more than others? Let me give you just a few clues, but you're going to have to take it deeper than just knowing someone's sun sign. Do you really want to know, or you just want to be deluded into having an illusion that certain signs are bad and the other ones are good? And let me tell you something else. For the most part, most people associate a sign as being bad if they had a bad relationship with that sign, and it's not true across the board. It's not the same qualifications. Every sign will be altered by what house it's in, the planets next to it aspecting it. You can't just say all Scorpios are Vindictive and evil and jealous, because that's some of the keywords for Scorpio. Scorpio is passionate and devoted and strong and successful. That's going to be the sign that a lot of people will say, oh, that's, that's going to be the one that cheats. They're going to say Scorpio just because of these qualifications of the negative. It is in the sign of Scorpio. There's a Antares, the star of war. So it does get a bad rap because of that. Now let's just go through the signs in terms of their generalities, but I don't want you to base everything on this. So Aries— Aries is the sign that is very impulsive and impatient, and therefore Sun in Aries, you will find people, they're go, go, go, and they are always forward-thinking. They don't like to look back. And many times with Aries people, they're thinking about themselves. Why? Because they're the babies of the zodiac. It's the first sign. It deals with birth and renewal and pioneers. But an Aries person When they want something, they go after it. They cry for it like a baby, and they get it. They're not considering the inconvenience to other people. So that's a generality, but it is very true of not only somebody with the Sun in Aries but also with a Moon or an Ascendant. But that's the qualifications there. So most of you are only going to go based on somebody's birthday. Nobody's going to go to the depths that they really need to, to understand astrology, which I wish people would do more. But let me give you this superficial level of the signs. Taurus. Taurus is a fixed sign. It can be very stubborn, but Tauruses can be very sweet and loving because they're ruled by Venus. Therefore, Taurus is the sign that loves nature and beauty and is artistic. They love the finer things of life, but they can be very fixed and stubborn. They're very grounded. They're very, in a way, superficial about the world because the senses are so important to a Taurus. And that's the qualifications you get there. Gemini is known to be flaky, right? They They're so changeable. And I don't see them as that though. I see Geminis as— people say, oh, I don't want to be around a Gemini because Geminis are two-faced, they're two personalities. I think Gemini is the most adaptable sign of the zodiac, and it's curious and constantly learning. And yes, they do tend to be very youth-like. So sometimes they say a perpetual Peter Pan, to be very young and youthful. Immature is what they associate that with, but it's a sign that deals with learning, education, communications, and they're funny. People like to be around funny people. They're witty, they think fast, they're on their feet, they're smart and curious about everything. Okay, Cancer. What about the sign Cancer? Cancer is all about family, it's about security, and therefore many Cancerians, or people with a lot of planets in Cancer, can be insecure because they're always searching for security. If you're searching for something, then that means you feel like you don't have it, so they're insecure. But family is very important. They're very sensitive, they're very meaningful. They love home, family. But another thing is because their senses are very acute, they hear things louder, they feel things deeper, their sense of taste— they make fabulous chefs and cooks. Why? Because they want to give security and take care of people normally. If they don't, then there's something about them that their insecurity flipped them to be the opposite. But normally Cancer is about insecurity and searching for that in home. They feel best when they are at home with others. And if you want a partner that cares about family and home, then Cancer might be the one you're seeking. If you want somebody that shines above it all, is the leader and powerful, strong, you're looking for a Leo. Leos are— there's an innate warmth that exudes from Leos. People like to be around Leo. I mean, all the planets circle the Sun. The Sun rules Leo. They are the center of attention. They do need to be noticed and told that they are the center of attention, then you'll really get them to be interested in you. But yeah, sometimes they can be too self-consumed. Very true. But they're great performers, they're great leaders, they are incredible in terms of always being loyal. And that is a beautiful quality that people disregard when they think about Leo. They think of it as being self- centered, and it is this great warmth and dealing with heritage in the past and family as well. That is Leo. But they usually are the CEOs, the directors, the presidents, all of that. They need to be in charge. Virgo. Virgo is known to be so anal retentive, right? They're supposed to be so critical, scrutinizing. But where would we be without Virgo people? Because a lot of us don't want to do all the detailed work that they get accomplished. We need them. They are the most organized and focused. And yes, they do care about things being clean and perfect, and that's their big issue. Nothing's perfect in the world, and they can definitely have some issues around perfection. And that's a problem because nothing will ever be perfect. They're never happy because they're trying to make it perfect. Now remember, I am talking about the clear-cut qualities of this sign. There's always other factors that mitigate it. Remember this. That's why I want you to know I'm not so big on doing this, but this is what the public wants. I'm giving you the way it is. So Virgo is scrutinizing, detailed, organized, and health-conscious. And because Virgo rules digestion, a lot of times people— a lot of Virgo planets have problems with their digestion. They have indigestion. Why? Because they're so uptight most of the time. They need to relax. But they are so good with teaching others about health, nutrition, diet, how to take care of yourself and be organized and to pay attention to detail. Just don't get too caught up in the perfectionism of it all. And they're great editors. They're great at finding issues and problems that need to be corrected. Okay, the sign Virgo, Libra. Libra is the peacemaker. Libra is balance, and that's why the symbol for Libra is the scales— to find balance, to find peace, to bring people together, to find cooperation, relationships. That's what Libra is all about. They love good relationships and try to make them work. Marriage is important to them. Libra is the 7th sign relative to the 7th house of marriage. So Libra is that— it's that beautiful quality of people coming together in marriage and contracts, contractual agreements, making things work, making things Last. That is the beauty of Libra. And Libras can be so graceful, charming. They have incredible etiquette. They, they know how to send beautiful thank you notes. They're, they're just wise in terms of social skills. They have it— grace and charm and beauty. Okay, let's talk about Scorpio. Scorpio is the sign that everyone thinks is the one you don't want to be involved in because they can be the ones that can be mean, vindictive, hateful. That's not true altogether. Yeah, a really bad Scorpio could be like that, but it is the most passionate, deep, profound, scientific It can deal with scientific research, analysis, and it also deals with the other side, being psychic, being aware of life after death, metaphysical sciences. They go to the deepest, darkest depths of everything and find the answers. This is the profound sign, and it deals with desire and, and quest and just so much to do with intensity and passion. They're the most passionate of all lovers, I would imagine, with these kind of qualifications. Okay, let's hop over here to Sagittarius. Sagittarius is the They want justice, but they want things their way. Sagittarius is the sign of truth, but it's usually their truth too. They're philosophical, they're teachers, they love travel, they love adventure, but it usually has to be their way because they're very, very opinionated at times. You know, and because their beliefs are number one, but their beliefs are sometimes one-sided, black and white. I mean, this is a sign that deals with justice and law, the legal system, so they can be involved in that. And it's also a sign of long-distance travel, so travel, education, understanding things from afar, and It is the sign that deals so much with that they want things to be right and just. Therefore, they believe in punishment and the law. But it is known to be a very spiritual sign. Capricorn. Capricorn, did you know I have found that Capricorn can be the sign— and you're never going to hear this from anyone else, of two-faced, of being two different people. Never have you heard that. Let me tell you why. Capricorn's symbol is a sea goat in Western astrology. What's a sea goat? Well, it's half goat and half fish. How does that work? Well, some people may think, well, it lives in water and land. And what's interesting Interesting. In Vedic astrology, it's a crocodile which lives in water and land, but these are 2 different sides to the sign. And this sign will convert to whatever it needs to to get what it wants because it is one of the most ambitious signs of the zodiac. It wants those material things, it's going to work for it, it's going to walk on whoever it needs to to get to the top, and they do. They're very, very, very successful. This is a sign that deals with government and organization and bosses and leaders in business. They are the business-minded one, and people really, really look up to Capricorn because their work ethic is impeccable. They're going to do it right. to make things work and achieve. And they're very, very earthy, and they're very materialistic. They need for things to be right on the materialistic plane, and they're going to do what they need to, to get what they need and what they want. And there's 2 sides to them, and they will be very deterministic to get what they want. Just like the goat that climbs the mountain, they climb to the top. All right, so let's talk about Aquarius. And so interesting, this is a sign that deals with unusual, unconventional people, people that think outside the box. But let me tell you, they can be one of the more stubborn signs of the zodiac. And I know they usually give that quality to Taurus. But let me tell you, I think Aquarius can be— the true Aquarius— the most stubborn. Why? Because they know they're right. And actually, the saying for Aquarius is, I know. So they know they're right, and they're going to stick to what they believe is right. But they know so much that they're right that they don't even feel like discussing it with other people. It's a waste of their valuable time to try to talk to others and convince them. Like Sagittarius would love to convince everyone to see it their way, Aquarius won't even discuss it. They're the know-it-all. They have all the facts. Why lower themselves to trying to talk to others that think differently than them, that are wrong? So they're so so strict in their judgments. But all at the same time, it's such a dichotomy because they are so futuristic. They are the ones that are going to think in terms of the future, and they're going to be the ones that think in terms of really the things that no one else would think of. They're brilliant. They have ideas that are outside of normal thinking possibilities. And they can be very unusual and eccentric, eclectic. Unconventional is the word for this sign. So they're unique, unusual, inventors, and very curious about learning and education. They bring people together. They do care about humanity and the world. This is Aquarius, but they don't need the attention that Leo needs. They are fine on their own. Pisces. Pisces is the sign that deals with feeling and emotions, but sometimes they don't know how to harness it. Because they don't have boundaries. They let people walk all over them, and then they feel bad, and then they become victims. That is the quality a lot of the Pisces— the victim scenario. Like, oh, poor me, I can't believe she did that to me. That kind of situation. But instead of standing up and setting boundaries and drawing the line, that's what they have to learn. But they are a very empathetic and very emotional, very sensitive, very feeling sign. They have compassion, they're forgiving, they're loving, they're kind-hearted people, but they don't know how to set their boundaries, and they really need to do so. That's why it's a fish swimming in opposite directions. You know, they, they can be indecisive too, not being able to, to set their mind to what they need to do. Now here is something I want you to learn that I feel like works the best when you're talking about relationships. I just gave you the lowdown of what all the signs mean to me and how, with my years of study. But opposites attract. And if you're wondering what sign— why you're always attracted to certain signs, most of the time it's the opposite. I'm telling you, opposites, not only do they attract, but they fill in the gaps that the other person's missing, and they're not in competition. So what are the opposites? And this can mean that your sons can be an opposite. Opposites. Opposite, or your moons can be opposite, and your ascendants can be opposite. Those are the 3 most important pillars of astrology. So if your sun, your moon, ascendant sit in Aries, then you're going to be drawn to that Libra person, because while you are very self-aware and moving forward, the Libra is going to try to make the relationship They're going to try to bring you together so that you're not so self-consumed and always looking forward. They're going to make you want to come together and form relationships. That's the Libra— bring peace. Whereas the Aries can have a very short fuse, and, you know, they get mad and angry quick, but they get over it really quick. The Libra will bring the peace. So it's Aries-Libra. Taurus-Scorpio, that's opposite either Sun, Moon, or Ascendant. And whereas the Scorpion is going to be so passionate and deep and, and profound, the Taurus is really kind of simple and wants the sensual things on the planet. That's is the opposite, and together they can help each other balance each other out. So the Taurus is like, let's be real, let's be part of this Earth, where the Scorpio's thinking those most deep, profound things that are out of this world. Together they balance each other. So Gemini Sagittarius, these are the opposing signs, whereas Gemini can be, you know, surface information, learning, just funny, cute, love of travel. So can Sagittarius. Sagittarius can take that Gemini and make it bigger, better. Let's travel far away and let's learn about the world. We're Gemini, let's learn about our environment, let's learn everything that's here. And together they're learning and sense of adventure and curiosity work well together and they balance each other. The Gemini will make the, the Sagittarius think more, not just be so one-sided in their opinions. Now let's think this out, let's talk it out. There is the Gemini and Sag. So now let's talk about the Cancer and the Capricorn. Whereas the Cancer's thinking about home, family, and Security. The Capricorn, I need to go make the money, I need to have the business, I need to have the roof, provide the roof over us. But the Cancer says, yes, but we have to have a home, we got to bring family together. But the Capricorn says, yes, I know, but we need a business to bring security to the Cancerian. You see, Cancer wants the security, The Capricorn provides it. All right, let's go to Leo Aquarius. So where the Leo is, I shine, I need to be the center, the Aquarian goes, fine, you can have the attention, I don't want it, I just want to make you happy, and let's work together to help betterment of the world society. And this is where they bounce off of each other. They're Completely opposite. And I often think about the constellations of Aquarius and Leo, whereas in the constellation of Leo there's one really bright star, the heart of the lion, Regulus, where when you look at Aquarius, it looks like a big cloud, like in the Milky Way. It's a big cloud because there's so many stars. So in other words, Aquarius is humanity and the groupings of many, where Leo is the one. Together they balance each other beautifully. And last but not least, let's talk about Virgo and Pisces. Talk about opposite. The Virgo is so scrutinizing with the detail and critical, where Pisces can't make a decision because they're all over the place. They balance each other. So the Virgo onto the Pisces really helps that Pisces not be so all over the place, to have more focus. Whereas the Pisces— whereas Virgo can be so scrutinizing, like, oh my God, what do I look like when I'm doing whatever? The detail. Or, you know, I can't stand the way he chews his food. It's really bugging me. Where the Pisces is like, what does it matter? Let's be in love. Let's be happy. So you see the balance of the extremes. They balance each other and help each other, and they connect. So this is the beauty of astrology, finding those opposites Opposites in your, your ascendants being the opposite, your suns being the opposite, and your moons to each other being the opposite is your best bet in choosing the right partner astrologically without generalizing it to one sign. You got to know your chart and their chart, and these are the generalities that I can give you. That truly work in astrology without dumbing it down and making it ridiculous.
