Joni Patry will speak at the United Astrology Conference in Chicago, May 24-29, 2018, on Vedic astrology topics including Rahu and Ketu and eclipses. She explains the 18.5-year nodal cycle for tracing recurring themes in global and personal events.
Hi, I'm Joni Petrie and welcome to my YouTube channel. Today I'd like to inform everyone that I will be at the United Astrology Conference, which is better known as UAC, this month, May 24th through the 29th, in Chicago, Illinois. So any of you that are around the area of Chicago, please come to the UAC conference. I would love to meet you. Let me talk about some of the things I'm going to be talking about in the Vedic track. There's going to be. This conference, by the way, is held about every four years. It is the biggest astrology conference in the world. And you're gonna find every form of astrology is being taught here. There's going to be Western astrology, there's Hellenistic astrology, there is basically Uranian astrology. Everything that you can imagine and the most famous, well known teachers in the world are all going to converge at this conference. And I'm proud to say I will be one of the presenters on the Vedic track, which I'm going to be talking about Rahu and Ketu and how they incur our destiny, what you can expect from the past and the future and how they influence your life. That is one of my conferences and it's revolves around a lot of what is in my book on Rahu and Ketu, our karmic destiny. And the second class I'll be doing is on my favorite subject for prediction, which is eclipses. Eclipses, they are the most revealing in terms of understanding world events and our personal events. Because if you go back to any eclipse, which they take 18 and a half years for Rahu and Ketu to go through all 12 signs, once they revolve through all 12 of the signs, they come back to where they were before. It takes 18 and a half years. Therefore, if you go back to the last time that Rahu and Ketu were in a particular sign that they are currently, you will get clues as to what's going to be happening globally in the world as well as what's happening personally in your own life. So I call this Eclipses and Unveiling the Truth.
Just for example, right now, Rahu and Ketu, where the eclipses will be falling, are going to be Rahu is cancer and Ketu is in Capricorn. So these are the two signs that have the eclipses. But if you go back to 18 and a half years ago, which we really got to test our memory, but 1999 to 2000, whatever was prevalent, whatever was important to you, an issue, an event will reemerge now and this gives you the information that you can really use to grow to change your life. So astrology is life changing and I would just love for people to come meet me, come to my class, go to uac, enjoy the experience of being with world renowned astrologers from all over the world. This is an international conference, we have most countries around the world represented. So please join us and and this conference once again is in Chicago. You can go to the website by searching UAC.
Which is United Astrology Conference 2018. And here you go, you'll find the hotel, how to get involved and how you can come join some of the most amazing speakers the world. So with that I'd like to close.
