Vedic Pisces New Year

Foreign.

Hi, I'm Joni Petrie, and welcome to my YouTube channel. Well, today I want to talk about something very important, and it is called the Vedic New Year Chart, which takes the. The new Moon in Pisces. And from that, we can pretty much see what to expect for the entire year till we have the next new moon in Pisces. Now, the new Moon in Pisces will fall either in the months of March or April. And as we have this chart, it's really good for an entire year that we can foresee what's happening around the world. So let me explain something. We are talking about Vedic astrology, which is sidereal, and the sidereal zodiac, the beginning reference point is in Pisces. So when we look at the new moon chart for Pisces, this is the beginning. And what we do to figure out where things are occurring is we. We bring up the charts according to when the new Moon actually occurs. And when it does occur, when the Moon and the sun come together, the exact degree and minute and second.

Around the world, because it will be happening simultaneously everywhere in the world. It's just that it's a different time in every country and city in the world. And as we replace in these charts the longitude and latitude of whatever city or country we are interested in, we can better predict what's going to be happening around the world. Now, when we look at these charts, remember, all the planets will be exactly the same. The sun and the Moon will be at 10 degrees of Pisces, because that's where they come together.

But according to where it's occurring on Earth, even though it's happening simultaneously, what time and what country. This is how we can see where all these planets fall and in accordance to the Ascendant, because the Ascendant will change according to where you are geographically, longitude, and latitude around the world. So I thought I'd show you all these charts. Remember, all the planetary configurations remain the same. Just the Ascendant changes because we're changing what, the time zone, the longitude and latitude for these places. So I know you guys want to really hear what I have to say. Not all the astrological jargon, but for those of you that really are enjoying the astrological rhyme and reason, remember, I have a university where I teach, teach all of these things online. University, which is universityofvedicastrology.com. check it out. So the first chart that I'd like to put up here is going to be for the city of New York, New York, in the United States. So this Vedic New Moon happens March 24, 2020. And when we put up New York, you're going to find that the ascendant for this chart is in Aquarius. So look at the Aquarius Ascendant. The most important aspects that I see happening during this time are going to be the Mars and Saturn conjunction. So I focalized on that throughout all of these charts because this is the most important conjunction that's going to really determine what's happening in these different places. So the interesting part about this chart is that the Mars and Saturn are in the 12th house. The 12th house deals with what things that are hidden behind the scenes underneath the surface. And so this could be with the Mars, Saturn, Pluto together in the 12th house. This could deal with some type of attacks that are hidden. You can't see them coming sometimes. This could be something like a subway, something that's underneath and can't be seen. Now the New Moon that's occurring is happening of course in Pisces. But the Nakshatra it's in is called Uttarabhadrapada. That Nakshatra, its symbol is the serpent of the deep. And I feel like this is another indicator of things we can't see. But let me point out something else. This is called the back end of the funeral cot. When we look at the Bhadrapadas, which Parva Bhadrapada partially is in Aquarius and the other half is in Pisces. That Nakshatra is the front of the funeral Ka. We're talking a the funeral funeral procession carrying the funeral cot. So the first part deals with Purva. Purva always means former and uttara means latter. So this is the end of the funeral cot. And what does that mean? It means there's going to be more death this year. There's going to be more and more deaths. That's what this Nakshatra and this Pisces New Moon.

So with this being in the second house in Pisces for this chart, it's going to be that there's great expense that incurs from what something dealing with this 12th house matter. 12th house, besides being hidden, is losses. So New York City is a place that I'm concerned about based on this chart. So let's pull up Washington DC. When we pull up the chart for Washington DC, the ascendant changes. Now it is at 29 degrees of Capricorn.

But this puts the Saturn, Mars, Pluto in the first house, affecting it deeply where it is affecting this chart. But 29 degrees is like the tail end of something which means something's coming to an end. This can deal with something dealing with Washington, with government, with the United States. And when we look at the sun and the moon, they are in the third house, so be aware, transportation and things like that. But the Jupiter, Ketu, which I forgot to mention.

They are together still in Sagittarius, which represents fundamentalism and extremes with what beliefs? So that's prominent throughout this chart.

Another thing.

Looking at the next chart, I wanted to look at Los Angeles, because Los Angeles, California. I'm always kind of concerned, are there going to be any earthquakes this year? So I pull it up. I know that that's kind of like everyone's always asking me that. Now, pulling up this chart, the Ascendant shifts to what? Sagittarius, where Ketu is right on the Ascendant. And Ketu on the Ascendant can mean the ground is becoming unstable. And I don't like the fact that the sun and the Moon revert to the fourth house, which represents the land. But when I focus on the Sun, Saturn and the Mars, which are the most significant conjunction going on there in the second house. And what I think that means is there's going to be a lot of money spent in rebuilding, refurnishing, bridges, buildings, all of that. So I don't think it looks horrible for California in any way.

With earthquakes, but I do think there's a lot, a lot that needs to be done in the form of rebuilding.

Okay, the next chart I want to put up is for London, England. And this one concerns me a lot. And this will be primarily the Ascendant that's going to be through most of Europe. So England is not alone with the effects of this because the Saturn, Mars, Pluto are in the eighth house. But reverting back to the issues of what the Royal family, I'm seeing a lot going on for them because this, the eighth house, deals with what disgrace and humiliation. And yes, they've been going through quite a number of things which predict that there's going to be endings and possibly with the royal family. And I am a little bit concerned about the Queen because of all that's been going on. So what I see, basically, what I see for the royal family, be aware, there is a lot. Now, let me just say this. Prince Andrew, he's in trouble. And Prince Harry, he separated and went to the United States or Canada. This is a lot going on for the Queen. She is taking on a heavy responsibility. So I'm seeing where England is going to suffer and there are many losses and Many changes that are due to come in this chart.

So continuing on, let's go to one of my favorite places on Earth, which is Istanbul, Turkey. And I pulled it up because it as well still has the Saturn, Mars conjunction in the eighth house. So this deals with some problems that Turkey and its government are going to be dealing with and a lot of corruption will be uncovered there as well. So. So Rahu sits on the ascendant. This is something to be looking for. There's going to be major, major changes happening with Turkey. And I kind of got that maybe they need to be careful of what?

Earthquakes. Why do I say that? Because when I looked at the eclipse path that went over the world, where the eclipse was most readily seen on planet Earth was in the Middle east and in China. So these are going to be places to look out for throughout this year.

Next, I thought to put a Tehran, Iran, because why there's so much happening with the Middle East. But when I pulled it up, this threw the Saturn, Mars in the seventh house. Now what's the seventh house dealing with? The seventh house deals with opponents that they need to be watching out for the opponents because the seventh house is pretty much.

The opposite. So this, this is what they need to be looking out after. Okay, so.

Another one.

Moscow, Moscow for Russia. How are the Russians faring through this time? Pulled up that chart. And again, the Saturn, Mars are in the seventh house, which the seventh house deals with. What the opponents, they need protection. That's what the Russians are going to have to deal with because the seventh house is our opposite. Okay, moving on to Sydney, Australia. I thought, you know what, we need to look at Australia. They have had all those horrendous fires. What's going on there? So bringing the ascendant all the way over to Libra, guess what we have in Australia.

The Mars, Saturn, Pluto conjunction are in the fourth house. This is not so good for the land. There could be some strikes on the land, but I definitely get that because of these fires and what's been happening in the country of Australia, things have got to be rebuilt. And they are. They're being rebuilt.

Okay, last but not least, who's been having the most problems this year? China. So I pulled up China's chart. I find it fascinating. Why? Because for Beijing, China.

This puts the ascendant in Leo. And guess what happens with Leo? The Mars, Saturn, Pluto, go what to the sixth house. What is the sixth house? Health and healing diet, nutrition. They've got to clean up China because China is having the worst with this coronavirus. And that's what the Sixth House is all about, health and healing. And that's what the Chinese are going to have to get it together because there is a lot going on here and.

They got to recover. But it's not going to happen unless they are watching out for healing this disease, this virus and cleaning up their environment completely. Because what do we have here in China? We have pollution galore. And remember, that solar eclipse went directly over China. So here is the country that needs to really, really focus on health and healing. But just to sum it up, the countries that I feel like need the most help are going to be Europe, England and on the East Coast, New York City. Be aware of what's to come there. Stay away from crowded places. Do not go to crowded places there. That's going to be an issue. And when I look back at Washington, D.C. yes, there is a lot that's going to be happening in terms of the government in the United States. So please be aware that this is a wonderful, wonderful predictive tool that can give us a better idea of not only what's going to be happening in the world, but where. With that, I'd like to close.
